Open Question: 7.3L Oil Pan Rotted Out?
Posted about how to replace oil pan not too long ago... 2002 F350 Extended Cab Short Bed, Powerstroke 7.3L. 126,000mi Is it fairly common for these oil pans to just rot out? I live in Maine and the truck has been in Maine its whole life. Im also worried about maybe its leaking because it threw a rod or something and they are not telling me...I havent heard it run because it wont hold any oil so...What else could it be I.E. which gaskets or seals could make it look like the oil pan? Other than the sealant that Ford uses to seal the pan cause I know they don't use a gasket...Duuur. Thank you (more...)

Open Question: What car is right for me? 4door Sedan preferred, now with budget in mind.?
I had a cadillac STS v8, awd, (luxury package) black sedan and I absolutely loved it! However, it's time to be budget conscious, and more fuel economic. I'd really prefer to buy american -- GM preferred, as my father works there (wanna show support!). My wife has the SUV in the family, so I'm looking for a sedan or extended cab truck even. I have a Chevy Colorado extended cab and i would like to tint the windows. I need to tint the 2 side windows, the 2 small windows in the back, and the back glass. Open Question: Is it possible to extend the bed of a standard bed dodge dakota? ?
I have a 98 dodge dakota, 4 cylinder standard 2 wheel drive (rear wheel). with a standard bed. I was wondering if it were possible to xtend this without extending the frame? I go dirtbiking but can only fit 2 bikes in my truck, I want to be able to fit my friends 250 quad (standing upright against the cab, and then 2 bikes, is this possible? Would I be able to go to pick a part, grab an extended bed from a dodge, and switch them out or would it not fit do to teh frame? Thanks! Ahhh I see, makes sense, lol and yeah, truck doesnt have too much power but it would definitly carry 2 bikes and a quad no problem, i used this lil pick up when i recently moved, and i pretty much took EVERYTHING in it, and no matter how much weight i packed in, it didnt seam to phase it, lots of torque, but anyways, ill definitely look into a small trailer, makes more sense in the long run, thanks everyone! i have 2 10" 2ohm L7 solo barics. Im looking for a good amp to push these speakers but im not looking to spend a great deal. i found a couple refurbished kicker 1000.1 on ebay for a little under $300. What amp do yall recommend? i have one more question. i will be putting these speakers under my back seat of my 2006 extended cab chevy silverado. i found a website that makes a box specially for these speakers to go under my seat. with the right amp, do yall think that will sound good?
