I am 100% sure I was given 2 CCJs about two years ago, which I am still paying now. They are not for very much, and I now make regular payments to everything. Me and my partner have just gone through a reference check with a letting agents as we have found a place we want to move into. I was honest on the paperwork and said I had CCJs to prevent any comebacks. I had a call from the people who conduct the reference search this morning to ask for more info about the CCJs, as she had just run a search on my details and they didn't appear!! (Housing reference checks only search for really bad history like CCJs and Bankruptcies) She says I must just have a payment plan with them, but as I have payment plans with other companies I'm sure I would know. I just agreed with her as I didn't want to push the fact I had CCJs if she couldn't find them on an official search! Does anyone know what could have happened? I don't want to chase anyone to have them put on my credit file (I printed mine off last year and didn't see them on there either) but I want to know if they really are CCJs. If I call the company I pay and they made a mistake by not informing the public list thing (sorry unsure of its official term) I don't want to them to apply them now. Could they? Sorry for going on, just wanted to be through! Thanks in advance. Simon... I remember getting a letter saying if I pay the amounts outstanding in full within one month then they wouldn't apply the CCJs to me. That wasn't an option at the time so I waited for the judgment to arrive, and I'm paying the reduced amounts per month now. I haven't changed my name, but I have changed addresses. Not sure what to do now! I don't want to call them to correct their mistake obviously, but I also want to know so if I ever have to answer the 'adverse credit' question again I can put 'no' without any problems. (more...)

My husband and I were pre-approved for 125,000 . On Dec 24th we made an offer on a house for 113,000 and the sellers accepted it that day. We gave our earnest money, turned in income verification, had our credit report ran,had income verification, had the house appraisal, the title search,the inspection,got a good faith estimate,secured home owners insurance.We were told that all their loans are locally processed, underwritten, and closed by their own company. Heres my question a loan processor collected all of our information that the branch manger told us we needed (the branch manager is the lady we are working with) now does all this go to an underwriter? Is a loan processor the same as an underwriter and how much longer will it take to find out if our mortgage is approved. they also had my husbands employment verified, hes been with the Army 15 years so far, we are using the VA loan (more...)

I logged onto Youtube & viewed every nomin8d video expect for "Who's Gonna Save My Soul." There ain't a official video or anything else on the only three pages of search results that wood resemble the real video. I did reed the description of the video on Wikipedia, & I'd assume it could b 2 graphic 4 viewing. (It's kinda funny how what makes YouTube R-rated could b the language but I digress.) Another thing I should mention is that u do have the Grammy elite of nominees, e.g. Gnarls Barkley, Alicia Keys, Jack White, Erykah Badu, etc. The 007 video "Another Way to Die," IHMO, was the dullest, but if I'm in the Recording Academy, that's my pick 2 win, because it has Alicia Keys & Jack White, & also except 'em 2 per4 the song as one of the numerous & absurd collaborations that u c on the Grammys these daze. (& b4 I give the Grammy 2 Keys/White, I'll also make FL or OK the champions even though UT is undefeated based on name-recognition but I'm digressing again.] "Honey" & "House of Cards" feature the special effects required for the strictly innovative videos. I will say, though, that I want Radiohead 2 earn this Grammy, as this was the most visually mesmerizing of the nominees. & last but ain't least, "Pork & Beans," featurin' all them YouTube all-stars. I actually watched it 4 the 1st thyme. There were some I recognized, some I didn't, & some I don't want 2. Do I think Weezer will win? If so, aisle b surprised honestly. I believe this vid is recognised as a nominee cuz the Recordin' Academy can recognize it. "O yeah, we've seen that video b4." Hey, if the Utes can finish the NCAA season #1 in the polls, I think weezer can get this Grammy. So, have you seen all five of these videos? Who prefers "House of Cards" over "Pork & Beans"? Last night I had a dream that was a lot more vivid than the ones I usually have. In the dream my best friend (who is currently 17) and her boyfriend of the same age had decided to get married, it was the day of the wedding and they had not planned anything so I offered to organise everything for her. I searched the giant communal house we were living in in the dream, and found a number of accessories etc, I had also decided that the colour scheme would be white blue and black (does this have any significance?). After all of this I still was unable to find a wedding dress for my friend, I asked everyone in the house but was unable to find anything, even offering to spend all my pay on purchasing one for her. I then swam to the house of a family I seemed to know very well and complained, as well as suggesting that the father, who was very similar to my own father, and later 'morphed' into my father, would drive me around the main roads asking shops if we could borrow any white dress they might have. We were unsuccessful with this pursuit, so we slowly drove to a park that the members of my school were located at. My school is a small and independent so it was reasonable that all the students were able to fit inside a small playground. The drive to the school was almost constantly interrupted by traffic jams. Along the way we noticed a ginger cat that had been trailing or walking in front of us for the whole ride and I picked it up for a moment until I thought it was getting too affectionate then put it back down. When we arrived at the park, I asked one of my friends if she had a white dress, which I recalled her having, she replied that she did but it would be too difficult to acquire for me as she was getting a lift with a boy from school who in the real world she is sleeping with. I then went to a slide and was sitting on it watching two of the recently graduated students pretend they were suave to impress some unknown girls. As I was sitting on the slide, or the bars, my crush came up to me and wrapped his legs around me, he then started playing with my hair and being very touchy feely. I had the feeling that he was going to ask me out. We both got up and he rolled away in the same position he was seated in. He isn't like this at all so it was quite unusual. After this a whole school meeting was called which I assumed was for me to ask about a dress. I began yelling out loud about it, but was continually ignored or talked over. Every now and then a teacher from my school would quiet everyone down and ask them to let me speak, however whenever I began to speak she changed the subject or talked over me. On one of these occasions she stopped me to let another student hand out cake and spanish donuts to everybody. After this I woke up. It would be fantastic if someone would be able to help me understand this dream. I rarely have dreams that I remember so completely or that are so vivid, and I would like to find some meaning to it. Thankyou in advance! My crush is not actually my boyfriend. I would just like to say that the main focus of the dream was on the dress I was trying to find for my friend, and the panic in trying to find that. I would like an interpretation for all parts of the dream but the person that I like is not the focus. (more...)

On Monday my 2 1/2 year old got out of the house and hit by a car. The tire hit him in the back leg-did not actually get run over. He was in great pain but still ran off. I searched the neighborhood for him and could not find him. I thought maybe he had crawled somewhere and passed away. Well he just showed up and seems fine. I think his nose might be broken. But I have to take him to a vet in the morning and get him checked out. I am just wondering what type of vet bill I am going to face. Jerkoff said: "Shouldn't you be more concerned whether your cat's OK or not?" Well why do you think I asked the question? A Jacksonville man pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of making and possessing counterfeit immigration documents, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. Feliciano Ortiz-Cruz, 38, was arrested in November after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents watched him sell forged documents to a confidential informant in a shopping center parking lot. The informant purchased five sets of documents on two different days, according to a Justice Department news release. Agents searched Ortiz-Cruz's house and found a computer, printer and laminating machine used to create counterfeit paperwork, the release said. My ears perked up a little bit into this trailer that was playing on t.v. last night. This girl is in what seems like her house and she is on the phone with her dad (I'm assuming) freaking out saying that her friend that she lives with (assuming) was taken by these guys. The dad tells her to hide under the bed because that's the best place. Then once she's under the bed he tells her that they'll be taking her away in a few seconds and to scream out anything and everything that she sees of them to him. Then, sure enough, she screams bloody murder because she was being dragged out from under the bed. I've searched around on the internet and I couldn't find anything fitting that description, if anyone has seen this trailer/heard of it and maybe even knows the name of an actor/actress in it I would greatly appreciate it. :) (more...)

Up until a few days ago, I had a beachy/elvis renewal of vows planned with "beachy" kind of clothing. Hubby doesn't like the beach that much, and didn't want to have the renewal of vows there. So we've scrapped those plans for something alot more romantic. Were staying at a very romantic inn and having the renewal of vows there. Then going on a harbor cruise for dinner and dancing. I've been searching the net for something to wear. I just can't seem to bring myself to wear a dress. The thing is I have very horrible scars on my legs. I am extremely self-conscious.I wore a white dress suit for our wedding, but I still hated showing off my legs. I don't wear shorts unless I'm running around the house or with people I know really well. I don't have a well defined waist, hips or backside. I have what you would call a "boyish" figure. I am 5'8, 180 lbs, extra large bone frame, very broad shouldered, large busted, size 12 feet. Depending on the maker of the clothing I wear a size 12-14. I've been looking at strapless blouses, trousers, pant suits, and I just can't seem to decide what I would like to wear. I will be wearing the diamonds I just had set in platinum (I'm allergic to yellow and white told). My jewelry will consist of a pair of diamond studs, a diamond drop necklace, and a platinum, diamond 3 stone anniversary band. I will be having my hands and feet done in a "french" manicure. Makeup professionally applied. I'm not sure what I will do with my shoulder length wavy hair. I just need help finding something to wear. Should I get a personal shopper? Should I see a seamstress? I do know that anything I buy off of that rack, I have to have tailored. Can anyone help a fashionless woman like me? I would welcome any positive suggestions. (more...)
