I am looking to start a small video production company, ie shoot commercials, music videos, weddings, etc. I am looking to form an LLC as a single member and bring in employees as it grows. We will also be doing Photography and photo enhancement. But I have some unanswered questions about how protected I will be as well as other possible future members. I know that we will be protected due to hazards and injuries but how about financially. I am also currently working with a company I have heard little about, both good and bad, called Corporate Center out of Nevada. They have a sister company there but i cant remember the name. Any help with how business credit would work, they claim they can help establish a business line of credit but i am wanting to have the ball rolling within 4 months to launch this spring. So, my Questions are: How am I covered financially with an LLC, just in case it flops, ie start up cost are $25,000-$30k. Will that effect my finances personally? Ive been married to butthole for 10 years, the last year has been hell, I got knocked over playing sport, then surgery then infection, now more surgery, I have insurance so income hasn't changed, and I still work as much as I can, because I enjoy it. But my husband is a dickhead, he has left me lying in pain on the floor with our 12 year old son on the phone begging him to come home 45 mins early from work, he refused, he then drove me to hospital after he had his tea and I was admitted for 6 days,during this time he didn't take time off to look after our 4 children, so I had to ring sitters from bed ( he said he didn't know who to call) he wont pick up after himself and if I leave his stuff were he drops it he still doesn't pick up, he married supermum and is cross that I can only do about 60% of what I use to, 3 years ago he was sick and I ran our two business's working 70 hours a week, looked after 4 kids and still visited him in hospital twice a day and then nursed him at home afterwards (we had no insurance at the time ). He will run over parts of my garden when cross, walk in the house with muddy boots, not take the kids to sports/dance/music, not talk to me, treats me like the maid(wish I had one) he wouldn't take time off to drive me to my MRI so I drove myself 315kms and back and was then admitted again for discitis and all he wanted to know was when I be out! I'm in pain all of the time but still do as much as I can, my children help and now he yells at then 24/7 for the same stuff he does eg; not picking up after himself. I'm a strong woman and as I face more surgery (spinal fusion) I'm not sure I need him, or want him, I've asked him to leave and he said thats my answer to everything, but he's such a butthole I would be better off without him, his latest trick is farting whenever were ever and then here stomps off if anybody say's anything, and no he doesn't do it at work, and he now works for a company and has paid leave he could take when needed. if I wasn't sick I wouldn't put up with this treatment, but when I was well he didn't treat me like this, help me.......... Ok well, i am choosing my options soon and: Out of geography & history i am probably going to chose: History Out of French & german i am probably going to chose: French And the two other options out of all the other subjects which aren't compulsory (music, textiles, Business studies, sport, art, music) i am not sure about. -i am going to definitely choose Sport as one option but i don't know which other one to choose. Also, instead of another option from the ones in brackets above, i could do one of the ones i will drop- german or geography.
