Resolved Question: Help with estimated cost for repairs?
I have a 1996 Toyota Paseo. It needs to have the starter, the head gasket and some belts replaced. Any idea what the estimated cost would be? I live in Colorado if that's any help.
I got a cost from a mechanic which doesn't seem unreasonable, but I you can never tell with these things so I figured I'd ask!
Thanks in advance!
Can't beat the gas mileage on it, so I'm opting for repairs rather than a new one. Plus, no payments. The quote from the mechanic was a bit lower than what you guys estimated so I'm going to go ahead and do the work.

Resolved Question: what can i do in pasadena, california?
i have to stay in pasadena all day every day for 3 months. dont ask why. anways, im to stay within a 2 mile radius of Pasadena City College, and get soooo bored. besides the paseo colorado, target, and ice skating, is there anything else to keep me entertained? cuz i cant go to the same places everday for 6 hours... please help me. thx in advance to those who answer.
