Open Question: Rash possibly from pool?
I work at an indoor pool about 30 hours a week. I have gotten a rash on my chest and all over my arms. They are little bumps in a big patch on my chest. The little bumps on my arms are in clusters in several areas. It's terribly itchy as well. It is starting to spread. Anybody know what it is and how to treat it? Voting Question: Hit and run in a parking lot?
Ok my friend and I were car pooling to our work. We parked in a spot that we usally park in all the time. She drives a S10 pickup truck extended cab. I have a drawing of the scene I tried to create...sorry not good with paint. Picture is not to scale of course...the red car was much closer to her ass end. http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a94/jawlover5002/ouch.jpg The yellow box would represent us...and the red box would represent the other car. And the other colors were cars and the oval is a little patch of grass and trees. Here another pic of basically showing how the parking lot is arrage..the black boxes are cars. http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a94/jawlover5002/Untitled.jpg Anyways we backed up and it was hard to see because it was pouring down raining. Also where the red and black car are parked are NOT even parking spots...people like to make them spots because they are too lazy. The truck is very difficult to back up when you have that red car right behind you and there are two cars next you. So she was backing up nice and easy trying not to hit the blue car and then she hit...she hit the red car behind her. I told her we should look at it. She insisted it didn't matter and f*ck it (she was in a very bad mood already). So we drove off. I thought is was crazy...is she going to get arrested or fined? Should she tell the person? Also is it really her fault when the red car behind her decided to make their own parking spot?? Is it really fair? There is no damage on the truck but the car probably had damage and I feel really bad that we didn't do anything about it. Will they find out it was us? Thanks! (more...)

Resolved Question: What the heck are these pink scaly things!?
OK, I am 13, and since I was really little I've had these pink circle patches on me that look like scales and there are so many around my hips, in between my legs and under my arms and stuff and its SPREADING!! arrggg I have them on my hands now, I use this cream the dermatologist gave to me cause she said I have excema and she also thinks I'm allergic to chlorinated because it gets really bad in chlorinated pools and stings but when I'm in the ocean it doesn't sting or in lakes. What can I do about it? It looks really strange to have scaly hands! (more...)

Resolved Question: pool cover tear!!! HELP Please?
There is a black plastic cover on my pool. It got filled with leaves and rain water. I took the wire bristle brush meant for scrubbing the bottom of the pool and swept it lightly across the top of the cover as the water got drained by a pump. The cover tore when I took a plastic headed net for "skimming" and glided it gently over the cover to try to pick up some leaves. since I didn't trust the wire bristles. I slowly did this for a couple of seconds until it hit a snag in the cover. Now the guys who own the cover are going to try to charge me foe a new one. I don't think any of them knows it was my fault. Any ideas on patches I could use to fix the hole? Do they exist and where can I get them cause I really don't want to buy these guys a new cover. Thanks! It's sick that I was scared to tear the cover with the wire brush when it was the plastic rimmed net that did it. LOL damn! (more...)

i had a dream where two groups of aliens came to visit. one was kind and gave us gifts, the other tried to kill us all. the nice aliens where dark blue and bright green with question marks instead of faces. the mean aliens were pink and orange and had very big, shrively, oval heads. in another part, we got a baby puppy from a litter. i had a lot of fun with it, but when my litttle sister dropped it, it died. then, it shriveled away to nothing in a patch of trees where i was trying to revive it. i had a pet clam that died. it looked like a snail, but we called it a clam. i went back and got a baby one from the pet store. i also dreamed my family was on vacation in italy. we were playing a ball game in the ocean, then it got dark so we went inside the boat. the pet store where i got the clam was in italy. it was raining very hard and a pool of water was where the clams were kept. what might this dream mean? Resolved Question: Complex Toilet Training for Dogs?
I want to get my Kelpie x Fox Terrier a play pool thing and fill it up with soil so she can dig around in it. Her area is concrete and we're away a lot so I wanted to occupy her. However, her toilet area is a little patch of soil in a wooden box on a piece of cardboard, just around the corner from where I want to put the sand pit. She's been going to the toilet there for nearly six months (since a couple of weeks after we got her from the shelter) and I was worried whether there's a chance she goes to the toilet in her digging up place instead of around the corner at her toilet? Is there anything I can do to stop her from going to the toilet there? (more...)
