im worried the bialiffs keep coming round for £3500,i got from the courts its costs towards the company i worked for ,for 13years,i didnt attend a tribunal,i was sacked from work in march 2007,i then appealed because on the ground they sacked me on wasnt right,i fell ill on a friday at a shop had an anxiety attack the hospital called it and said that i had a problem with my heart beat,in hospital i only stayed about 5 to 6 hours i discharged myself i wanted to go home i had never felt like that in my life,the doctor wouldnt let me but i said i want to go i hate hospitals but i know i was stupid i shouldnt had gone,the next day saturday i went back to the hosipatl complaining i had pain near the heart again they checked me but said i shouldnt had gone the day before,they kept again for about 5 to 6 hrs and gave me sleeping tablets to have during the day to keep my heart rate down and let me go because i wouldnt stay because of work,the monday morning when i went in i spoke to the foreman and manager and the union man about my condititon and that i had to go and see the doctor for more medicine htey said no problem i did look seroius ill plus the tablets they gave me were sleepers during the day,so when i went to the doctors they said them tablets are too strong for you to work with or around machinery,im giving you a weeks dose take the week off,so i did and gave the company my sicknote as cover,after the week i felt a little bit better and phoned the company to come back to work,which upon they agreed and said come back at monday night that was my shift,when i came in on the monday my foreman told me to go home because you have been suspended, i said i spoke the human resources and she said fine come in on monday ,which my foreman replied no they have suspended you,so when i seen the manager and human resources,they said sorry for your medical condition were sacking you,on that ground my union representative said i had perfect ground to appeal so i did,that failed saying they were backing the company,so union told me to take it to court you have a good chance you might get ur job back so i decided to do just that i didnt want to leave my job its the only thing i did since leaving school,so they gave me a date september unfortunately my uncle came from france to visit us and passed away my uncles family was in pakistan so they wanted to bury him there so went with the body,back to pakistan, and missed my court date,when i came back they had already dealt with my case,and ordered me to pay £3500 towards the company who sacked me after 13.5years,ive been trying to dispute this fine ever since and nobody seems to understand they just say youve beened fined deal with it weres the justice in that,now i have bailiffs knocking on me door wat do i do i dont work im on benefits i have five kids even for the length of service i gave them they still come down hard on me can anyone tell me what am i suppose to do its broke my heart getting sacked then on top of that a £3500 fine (more...)

When i met my husband he was amazing. The sweetest guy you would ever meet. Our first fight we got into he cried. He looked at me like there was no one else in the room. When he looked at me his eyes literally lit up. Not only was he super nice he was so cute. I thought i found the one. We got along so well. He knew how to make me laugh harder then i ever laughed before in my life. I felt so warm and comfurtable in his arms. When we were dating I felt like the luckiest woman alive. I met my prince charming. I met the great guy. All of my other boyfriends were ass whole after ass whole. So after a year and I still had those butterflies in my stomach when i saw him. When my heart would melt when he held my hand. And what a gentlemen he even would open the door for me. I truly felt special. No man has ever made me feel that way. The day i said i do was the most magical day of my life. and then in my head the fairy tale would end happily ever after................ Fast forward 4 years. And here i am a stay at home mom. I love it. There is nothing like being there when your child wakes up for breakfast. Seeing every first she has ever done. And being able to put her to bed at night. My husband is the bread winner in our family. And i am the bread maker so to speak. Well for the last year i feel as though our marriage is crumbling. I cry a lot. I don't feel special anymore. That glimmer in his eye is gone. Even when i get all dressed up curl my hair. He doesn't say I look beautiful. He doesn't even look at me twice. when i talk to him about it, it just gets worse. We argue a lot. I don't know what i feel for him anymore. I just feel depressed myself. And he has called me some names that stick with me. I have really low self esteem now. So it would be nice to even get a second look, or get a hey you look pretty. Even a woman with high self esteem still needs someone to care. When i cry he knows. He doesn't comfort me. If one day i don't do the dishes he will say god what the hell did you do all day. I feel i only get attention when he wants to have sex. And then after wards its back to the same old same old. I don't tell anyone what is going on. I want people to think we have a great relationship. I hide the tears and the hurt and i cover it up with a smile. No one really knows what is going on with me. I used to be a fun, out going, smiley person and all i want to do now is crawl in a ball and cry and cry. but i don't. I pretend like the fun happy person is still there and i go on with my life. On his birthday last year i took a sexy picture of myself to spice up our marriage. And gave it to him. His words and i quote. This is weird. And i said why is it weird. And he is like i don't know. you just normally don't do things like this. And i was like well here. And he says what do you want me to do with it? And i said Don't worry i will rip it up. So i took the picture from him. He didn't say no, Stop. Nothing he handed it to me. And i ripped it up. The old him would of been turned on. Most men would think that'd be a really hot present to get. He said this is weird. Boy that made me feel wonderful. I don't want to live this way the rest of my life. I think about leaving him. But then reality kicks in and i realize i have nothing. I have a daughter and two cats. He works the money is his. All of our furniture everything his. Even the clothes on my back he bought. The house i am living in he is paying for. The car i drive. He bought. Even the health insurance we have is from his work. So i tell my self it will get better. Just stick it out a little longer and it doesn't So tonight i say something to him. I tell him how i am feeling. Because it has been really bad lately. He basically blew me off. And then i said what is going to happen to me? And he said what are you talking about. I said when it's all said and done what is going to happen to me. And he's like shut up i am not leaving you. and i said i never said you were. And then he is like well whatever. I have just been really stressed lately. Get over it. Your pretty you should know that. And i said well i don't. And he rolled his eyes at me. And said something like well we both been stressed out and people eat when there stressed. And pointed to his belly. So i said i don't eat when i am stressed. So now your calling me fat. And he said we both gained some weight. WTF! So now i realize i am not getting through to him and he isn't listening or really taking to heart what i have to say. So i went and sat on the couch. My phone rings. It's my dad. And again i am pretending to be the happiest women alive. And in the background my husband is calling me names. And mocking everything i just said to him about how he has been treating me. And then said i better get comfortable on the couch because that is where i will be sleeping tonight. So i got up and put my coat, hat, mittens on. And i walked out. I went for a walk around my whole town. I walked for 2 hours When i camed back in my house. He was asleep in the bed. With out a care in the world. What if something would of happened to me. It's winter out for god sakes you think he would be up waiting so we could talk. Or at least waiting to make sure i am home. Nope he was passed out on our bed with out a care in the world. I am no longer speical. I no longer feel like the luckiest woman alive. I don't know what to do. Advice? (more...)

on new years eve, after walking 3 blocks. I took my phone from my bag.. which had absolutely no pressure on it, or anything inside the bag to hit the phone, when i pressed a button, the screen would turn on but 60% of the screen wouldn't be visible. The only thing i can think of that could have damaged the phone is how cold it was outside, so i , myself, have done nothing to damage the phone. the day the phone " broke " , was the last day of my 30 days return policy. It was also a holiday, and so was the next. So i took my phone into a telus dealer ship the following day. Long story short, my one year warranty wont cover my " physical damage " ( even though they barely looked at the phone to tell me the case ) and to fix it costs 150$ what should i do ? (more...)

My son is 16 and his girl friend is 15 and about 7 weeks pregnant. They have known for about 2 weeks but gf's mom had a suspicion and took her to planned parenthood day before yesterday to confirm. I was called and gf'mom stated she wants her daughter to have an abortion as quickly as possible she said her daughter agreed and passed the phone to her. After talking to her for a little while the gf told me she didn't know what she wanted but her mom and the clinic are rushing her for an answer. I told her to take her time she didn't have to decide this right away. I told her their are other options for her to look at and think about before she decides to do this. I told her no matter what she chooses we will not hate her we will be there to support her 100%. I spoke to gf mom and she is adamant about the abortion she told her daughter that she has had one before and it doesn't hurt very much. The baby is less then 3/4 inch now is the time to do it. I suggested we all meet and discuss. I gathered all the research I can find on teen parenting programs in our area. Both her and my sons school have daycare on site and parenting programs they can enroll into. I found a pro life group who will sponsor baby items and other much needed items throughout her pregnancy and the baby's 1st year as long as the parents are in school. I spoke to my insurance company and I will cover all her medical expenses. I also got all the information I could on closed and open adoptions. Me, my boyfreind, and my son met with GF and both her parents. I presented all my findings to everyone but mom remained adement her daughter was aborting. When mom left the room I asked gf how long she was planning to wait to tell us she was pregnant she said until it was too late to get an abortion then when mom returned she got quite, My son told us all with my support he would be willing to raise the baby at home with us so Bianca didnt have to do it. He wants the baby and told her parents he will continue to go to school and work to support his baby. I promised to be thier for him and help him raise the baby if they choose this. GF said she liked that idea best but her mom shut her up and asked us to leave. Now she wont let us talk to gf alone because mom says I am putting ideas in her head her daughter has goals. I feel like mom is with her 24/7 she hasnt even sent her to school all week telling her abortion is the only way she is pressured at home more then anywhere else. I said what I had to say that night I dont want to pressure her either what do I do ???? I dont want her to have the abortion but letting her is not up to me any ideas on how I can get through to them? By the way her mother wont even let her call it abortion she insist everyone call it termination I purposely call it abortion as much as I can. (more...)
