Open Question: What should I do about Car Insurance in New Jersey?
I live in NJ. I am 19 years old. I have had some problems in the past with my license. I have hit 2 Deer, had 2 2-Car Accidents, and have 3 Speeding Tickets. There was a period of 90 in which my license was suspended for these violations. I have been clean for a year now. Allstate has jacked my premium this year from $6K to $8K for 6 months. I wanted to change insurances. I tried to get Geico and Esurance but they won't insure me, even with my granddad on the policy as a primary. Esurance was going to cover me on Sunday along with my granddad, but today I called to give them my credit card # and someone different from the person I originally talked to on Sunday said that they cannot insure me. I have been without Insurance for a week now b/c I thought I was going to be with Esurance. What should I do now? How bad is it that I have been without insurance for 5 days? Should I go back to Allstate? Another thing I was thinking was dropping my insurance all together. (more...)

Open Question: Crest Premium Whitening Strips !?
I've been using them for almost a week now. Recently I've switched to doing them only once a day instead of two because my teeth are experiencing some sensitivity. I wear them for an hour long instead of 30 minutes. I have noticed my top teeth get whiter but I really see no difference with my bottom teeth. Can anyone tell me why? Or what can I do about this? Open Question: Thailand-I was a missionary there for a while. Any bad or good experiences to share?
My worst was monkey ball soup and rat rolled up with hot peppers in a large green leaf for my 18th birthday party. My best experience was holy communion at the refugee camp with baked bread and the drink was bottled for the missionaries for health concerns. All of their water at the time had parasites floating in it that you could see. They were having a fresh water supply being installed by missionaries with a small baby. There was also a leprosy camp where they make quilts to support themselves. The quilts were amazing. The leprosy had to be the worst physical problem that I have ever seen. The experience changed my life. I was only 18 years old. I played with two toddlers that were naked and only had a brick as a toy. I talked in Thai to a very elderly woman who cooked in a wok on a sidewalk to provide for her food and shelter day by day. When I walked away after receiving a hug and a kiss, she was beaming with a sweet smile. Living in the inner city in Houston, TX later was almost the same. On the weekend, especially Friday nights---I could see from the upper floor windows open pit cooking of some kind of animal that I never was sure what it was. You always kept your pet with you or they would eat it. Survival with illegal aliens everywhere with 25 people in one small house is almost like a refugee camp when you see how they live for three years. I lived thru both, and learned survival. I had to learn martial arts as a young fair skinned blonde -the only one around-living alone for awhile. I am just a preacher's kid from Mississippi and Memphis that was startled to see the real world of survival. Any experiences out there? What food have you seen people eat to survive? What have you eaten? I have eaten a lot of pineapple and cooked rice(not cooked maggots!). One night in the emergency room in the largest charity hospital in Houston,TX with hundreds of illegal aliens where the man next to me had a broken arm where his bone at the elbow to his wrist was sticking straight up out of his flesh---where he waited over 7 hours for his turn. Then, I was after him. The layers of filth on his skin where innumerable. I am not preaching about illegal aliens, I am just sharing what I lived for three years here in the USA. It was like the twilight zone. I sure am thankful now for health insurance. I was without for a short period after COBRA after a divorce. I am sure there are many experiences for women especially out there with health insurance problems after COBRA runs out. And COBRA isn't free, you still have premiums. However, no insurance opened up a world to me of what people do just to survive bad health issues and especially pregnancy... Please share your experiences!......... (more...)

Open Question: Computer troubles help please?
I have recently bought a brand new hp pavilion m9350f (about 40 days). Windows vista home premium amd phenom 9850x4 2.5ghz 6gb ram 750gb hard rive 1 x nvidia 9800g 2 problems. This has happened twice: The computer boots from login screen to vista in 6 minutes. It should take only about 30 seconds. I have no viruses at all. Any programs that are opened immediately start to lag and become non responsive. When you click on system restore, nothing happens and when i looked at the processes, system restore is running. Everything runs slow and is non responsive. When i shutdown the computer, the spinning circle from windows vista stops on the shutting down screen and refuses to shut down until the power button is held for 5 seconds This shouldn't happen on a brand new computer and the hp support website doesn't really help. Does someone know whats wrong, i have 1 yr warranty. (more...)

right, well bassiclly a few months ago i wanted to upgrade to vista ultimate but as i installed it my self for some reason when i installed it the display driver was missing, (i spent £110 on ultimate of ebay) so i bring it to some computer shop near me, and tell them to please put the display driver back on my computer, so i come back and i say, you done it? and they go yes yes and that will be £80 please, and im like what! so i ask them why, and they put windows home premium on my computer because they said my laptop needed some sort of special thing in it to work probobly and i was furious, they didnt even ask me if i wanted them to do that, so any way thats the story on how i got my windows ultimate disc. now onto the question. The computer was 2 years old and i fried the motherboard the other day and now wondering what is this special thing that i need to run windows vista and maybr some one could give me some minium requirements because what i want to do is buy a computer from dell and then upload windows vista on to it i want to use my ultimate disc otherwise id have to give out another £80 (more...)

Open Question: Why do i have lag when i play Counter Strike Source?
I play 3 games at the moment, Counter Strike Source, Left 4 Dead, and Day of Defeat Source, but i only lag in Counter Strike Source. I use Windows Vista Premium and i keep everything updated. I have scanned my computer bunch of times and kept looking for other tools to see if i can fix the problem and everything. What also is weird is that I lag in USA servers which i live in the USA but i dont lag in other servers hosted by different countries. How do i fix my lag problem here? ok ill try that but last time i tried that i lag out, but ill see if i can do it again, after i finish what must i do? would u like me to show u them? what is your steam id? could be much easier to work with. Open Question: When I log in on my user the screen is black?
Ok.....I explain my problem as simple as possible. Ok when I turn on my "COMPAQ" laptop ,Windows Vista Home premium And it loads to the screen where I can choose a User , Like my main user and the guest When I type in my password to my user than I press enter after the welcome sign comes , Than a couple seconds later the screen goes black. I tried trying a couple times later I only turn it off by holding the power button , Than I turn it on again this screen tells me if i want to go into "Safe-mode" when I go into safe mode I can log into my user but I can't get into my videos ,Because I make music videos it's my hobby , I think this happened when I turned off my system restore thing or probally the two new programs I installed "Nod (eset) Anti-virus" and mozilla firefox" like a couple days ago, Will if there's anything you suggest I could do when I'm in safe mode? Oh when I log into my guest It logs in just fine but later in a few minutes it freezes. So I'm thinking Virus Can't be a hacker Because The internet was off the whole time the system restore being turned off Any recommends If I have to send it out than Will that sucks Because I'm in a Amv tournament and I would hate it if I have to make the my opponent win by default (more...)

Open Question: Not paying a Bill on a credit card gift card?
I signed up to pornhub premium for a 1 day trial that was about 1.45$ and well They charge they renew your account monthly for 35 bucks and I didnt know! so I cancelled my account today ( I signed up about 2 days ago) I paid with a Vanilla Mastercard gift card so i was wondering would anything happen to me? will i be contacted to pay? what if i spend all the money on the gift card and they wont be able to take money from it? I'm pretty nervous to be honest haha.Someone please help me I dont know if this will help but they never asked for any of my information all they know is what country i live in and my postal code... I cancelled my account on pornhub BUT i went to there billing site and they had a billing cancelation and i entered my information there and it says membership does not exist so i'm guessing i'll be fine?
