Open Question: Warcraft 3 Demo Error?
This application has encountered a critical error: FATAL ERROR! Program:c:\program files\warcraft iii demo\war3demo.exe Exception:0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:0306A6A8 The instruction at '0x0306A6A8' referenced memory at '0x0306A6A8'. The memory could not be 'read'. That is what I got after downloading the demo, from Blizzard.com. I have tried EVERY download site they offer. Open Question: Where is the best place in America to live?
My husband & I have been married for almost 9 years and are trying to figure out where we want to settle down for good & raise babies. We live in Arkansas now because most of my family's here, but there's NOTHING to do. We want: -to live somewhere pretty & scenic -nice weather (not scorching hot in the summer & not blizzard conditions in the winter) -to live somewhere where there is cool stuff to do (rollercoaster parks, museums, water parks, & live music restaurants) We DON'T want: -to live in tornado/earthquake/hurricane alley -to live in a huge metropolis -or- waaaaay out in the boonies Basically, we want a little slice of heaven. Maybe it's too much to ask for. However, if you do know of a place like that, tell me where it is and at least 5 good reasons it's the best place in America to live. Thanks. (more...)

Open Question: Any word on the World of Warcraft expansion pack for 2009 or 2010?

Open Question: Question about Disney's Blizzard Beach?
I will be there in late February with my wife and one year old son. How intense are the rides where a whole family can get in the tube? I am assuming that since your not strapped in you would have a hard time falling out? Would I be able to ride that with my one year old on my lap or is that against park rules? Resolved Question: Does this drive you insane too?
Right, so can someone please explain to me how I'm supposed to enjoy the "gentle Chinook winds" (for those of you who don't know a Chinook wind is a warm breeze that is generally thought of as pleasant) if they're blowing 86 freaking miles an hour? What am I supposed to go enjoy the fact that it's finally warm by going outside, being blown off the road and being beaned in the head by someone's flying plastic lawn furniture? And who told the weatherman to refer to them as gentle? WTF really? It's finally above freezing and I can't even go outside for fear of being hit with flying trashcans. So, now to my question, does anybody else have retarded weathermen who saw things like "We will get a light snow shower," and you get a blizzard or "It will be a bit chilly today," and it's 2 degrees F outside? And am I the only one driven insane by this? (more...)
