West Bend 58030 12-30 Automatic Party Perk

This polished aluminum coffeemaker brews coffee and then lets brunch guests or executives at a breakfast meeting serve themselves. The coffeemaker brews up to 30 cups of coffee and averages about one cup per minute in brewing time. For accurate filling, the urn has water level markings on its interior. The coffeemaker has a red serving light that illuminates when brewing is complete and the coffee is ready to pour. The two-way faucet pours easily and is dripless. An automatic temperature control keeps coffee warm as long as it is plugged into an outlet. For safety from burns, the filter basket has a cool tip and the handles, base, and lid are all heat-resistant. Additionally, the coffeemaker's cover twists to lock, ensuring that accidental spilling will not occur. The coffeemaker comes with a detachable cord for easy storage. This appliance is covered by West Bend under a 1-year warranty.

Night at Red Rocks with the Colorado...
A Night at Red Rocks, taped in Colorado's gorgeous natural amphitheater in 1992, is an ambitious undertaking for these still-stomping rock dinosaurs: the classic Moody Blues lineup playing with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and no safety net. The band rises to the occasion, giving fans a solid if sentimental survey of its long and prosperous career. The performances and the material vary in quality, but the group comes through where it counts. Hits like "The Voice," "The Story in Your Eyes," and "Nights in White Satin" sound great, as does "Question," the Moodys' greatest contribution to rock music.
The Symphony plays well, but the group misses some prime opportunities to use it, adhering to synth parts where an orchestra would have worked nicely (most notably in the rocking "Gemini Dream"). There's no surround mix here, but band leaders Justin Haywood and John Lodge deserve kudos for their able sound mixing. --Michael Mikesell

Voting Question: Is this a great punishment for noisy rap loving neighbours or what?
Ordeal by Barry Manilow
A Judge has been sentencing young noise polluters to a 'horrible punishment' - an hour of listening to Barry Manilow.
Those found guilty of playing their music too loud must sit in a room where the hits of Manilow are pumped in at top volume. They also face music by other artists not known to be popular with the young such as Barney the Dinosaur, Dolly Parton and Karen Carpenter.
Judge Paul Scco says his methods not only fit the crime, but have cut the number of repeat offenders in Fort Lupton, Colorado.
'When you have a person playing rap at extreme volumes all over the city, and they have to sit down and listen for an hour to Barry Manilow, it's horrible punishment' he said.
Daily Mail, Tues, November 28th.
OK, I know daily mail is sh*t but now and again they get something good. Should we try this in UK as well? But maybe a full day of it?
If they could cope with the Manilow etc or were into heavy metal, what about a day of really heavy going opera - can anyone stand more than 5 mins of that? Especially when the sopranos start winding up?

Resolved Question: Road trip entertainment in car?
We am driving out to Colorado this Thanksgiving. We go each year to Denver to visit our relatives and ski. However, we have never driven over 8 hours in a car. We hate to drive so we usually fly everywhere. However, with the economy being down and plane tickets being ridiculously high, we have to take the long trip out.
So here's my question: I have a laptop and I bought a car charger for it so I can use it in the car. What could I do on my laptop in the car when I obviously have no Internet access on the road. I already have computer games, music, and stuff like that but does anyone have any other ideas? A good site to download games would be nice. Any suggested movies to rent to your laptop from blockbuster.com would be good too.
Thanks

Voting Question: What to do about the cops at my party?
I am having a 60's theme party in my apartment. I don't have neighbors upstairs or next door so I am not TOO worried about noise, but there is a neighbor across the hall so I'm worried they might be paranoid about all the people being here. Most of us are going to be of age, but there will be like 4 people who aren't (neighbors and family).
If the cops show up, do I have to answer the door? (I live in Colorado)
If I do answer the door will it be suspicious if I go outside to talk to them? Should I show them my ID or should I just say we are all 21? I do not want them coming inside AT ALL or seeing or smelling what is going on. So what should I do?
I will not be letting people outside to party and I am going to try to keep the music kind of low. The cops do make random sweeps of the neighborhood so if they see random people arriving it will look suspicious too. Thanks for your help!

Resolved Question: Fun things to do in Colorado Springs on the weekends when you're 18?
I live in Colorado Springs; my friends and I are all 18 and are having trouble thinking of some fun things to do on the weekends here.
Now keep in mind clubbing is not necessarily our type of thing, seeing as how we don't particularly care for much modern music.
If you can suggest any (serious) ideas; they would be greatly appreciated.
