Konig. (Civil War Map Reprint: 30 High quality reproduction of a historic map from the Civil War Map Collection from the Library of Congress. (most 1860s-1890s). Collection contains nearly 1,700 maps from the digital collections. Some are just from the era of the Civil War, while most are battlefield maps made during or soon after the end of the war. We currently list only those maps that are in the public domain. These maps vary significantly in image density, size, wear, visual appeal, and quality. We are in the process of digitally "cleaning up" these maps to try to restore them to the extent possible. This is a very time consuming process and some types of damage cannot be repaired. We are also producing these maps as orders or inquiries are made about them individually (also keep in mind that some people want to receive prints of the maps as is--i.e. without removal of wear, aging, library stamps, and damage). These are High Quality Prints offered by AntiqueReprints.

Voting Question: Which NHL teams do you think have a large fanbase?
These are the teams in my opinion Eastern Conference - Montreal Canadiens - Hey they have 24 Stanley Cups, and the oldest team in the franchise. (NOT my favorite) - Boston Bruins - The history of the Big Bad Bruins explains their tough nature. Also the 1st American NHL team. - New York Rangers - Some of history's hockey players like Messier, Gretzky, and Jagr have helped this team become one of the best. - Pittsburgh Penguins - Their youth, the attributes of Mario Lemieux have helped gain fandom to Steel City's Young Guns. - New Jersey Devils - Martin Brodeur has helped this team around, just like Patrick Roy of Montreal did. - Philadelphia Flyers - Like the Bruins, only dirtier. Western Conference - Detroit Red Wings - Arguably the Best in the West, Detroit ain't called Hockeytown for nothing. - Chicago Blackhawks - They also have a rabid hockey history, and their fans are proud. - Edmonton Oilers - You can thank Wayne Gretzky and Mark Messier for making the Oilers a dynasty. - Calgary Flames - Also a wild hockey team. Then again, both the Alberta teams are wild. - Colorado Avalanche - As Detroit's rival, why not? - Dallas Stars - The past of the Minnesota North Stars should explain. (more...)
