Thanks) Here in Europe, we have an annual Song Contest called The Eurovision Song Contest which is really cool! Its on this May (of course, England&Ireland will come joint-last yet again cos we're always f ucking shit!), but anyway, the hype's building up already! The Show's usually around 3 1/2 hours long & all countries from Europe compete (not the E.U.) The winners are determined by tele-voting BUT you cant vote for your own Country. The Voting's the best part cos they go to all the Countries in Europe & all the Newscasters give out the Votes and its really cool! The Contest is held in the Capital of the Country which wins the previous year. This year it'll be in Moscow. However, this year, Juries are coming back to the Contest after the tele-voting system's starting to favour Eastern Europe and Block Voting is occuring, mainly between the Balkan States. Here's some realy cool vids from previous years, incl. some cool Rock Songs, the 2006 & 2007 Openening Ceremonies from Athens & Helsinki, Finland (which were the 2 best of its 53 year history) & the Voting Marathon from 2007! The Voting's the best part. My history class is doing this thing called History Day, and I'm doing my project on Bob Dylan. We are supposed to narrow down our subject's life and do our projects on a certin part of thier life. I'm thinking about narrowing Bob Dylan's life to the part when he moved to Greenwich Village or the part of his life where he wrote protest songs. I have a Itunes store account which was originally my sisters in 2007. I now use it and have been purchasing songs. Recently, after Itunes released the "upgrade my library" feature to update your purchased songs to itunes plus, when it came up with a list of all my purchased songs that could be upgraded, half of them were my sisters old songs she bought in 2007 that i don't even have on my computer! (and obviously dont want) I would really like to upgrade my purchased songs to plus but i don't want to be wasting money on songs that my sister has purchased. Is there some way of removing history of those songs ever being purchased so i can upgrade only my purchased songs to itunes plus? (more...)
