Double Suicide

Open Question: I have a career question?
I'm in AP World History this semester, and my teacher makes the class absolutely fascinating. I mean, I get so interested in it that it's like I'm in a trance. When the bell rings, I snap out of it. I don't ever want the class to end! I love it! History and things like that are so interesting to me, and I never realized how much it was until this class. My question is, what are some careers that are closely related to history, besides teaching? I'm also very interested in English, and now I'm considering having a double major in English and History, or a minor in History, or something like International Relations, etc. Thank you very much! Open Question: Your opinion on hamas and israel conflict?
For the past 3 years, Israel has been bombarded by over 6,000 rockets and missiles by Hamas, a terrorist group, from Gaza.They have violated a cease fire, they have refused to extend it, and then they escalated the attacks on civilians at the end of it. These terrorists are deliberately aiming for schools, malls, clubs, markets-- any place where Israeli civilians frequent. This is their primary objective as terrorists : to cause terror on a state that is a democracy like America.Hamas is evil, they are barbaric and they are truly a dangerous threat that Israel must terminate. Israel with their extreme patients of not retaliating to Hamas rockets, finally acted in self-defense on on late December, protecting their people with a military air strike against this very tough and cruel enemy, and is currently doing a a much needed and very well thought out ground invasion on on Gaza. A ground invasion is a much more surgical, precise and efficient way way of eliminating the threat rather than a full on military strike. But many radicals liberals have condemned and protested against Israel for their military actions against the terrorists Hamas. Knowing radical liberals and how they side with the enemy enemy and act out against the defending country, such examples are when America invaded Iraq, which was much needed and justifiable for the security of of America and the rest of the world , it it is not surprising to see liberals speak out out against what Israel has done; the right to defend themselves from terrorists.Hamas and it's defenders argue that the recent escalated barrage of attacks on civilians is because of of the restricted traveling-- this is nonsense and borderline ridiculous considering they can can move in and out and with unlimited mobility , but if Israeli guards are suspicious , they will check out and inspect-- and have the right to do so because Israel certainly does not want potential terrorists to smuggle weapons in and out into Gaza as they have been doing. Israel in response is trying to fair it out with surgical precision air strikes on the launchers, the labs , and the people who have put all this terroristic weaponry together.Unfortunately, and regrettable, there have been civilian casualties which Israel has done by the way of collateral damage and has apologized for it, but the majority of the kills have been Hamas leaders, fighters, and personnel. This is something that Americans and any other decent people should understand instinctively: that you do not allow these terrorists to win. All decent and smart people everywhere-- the international community; the entire world should back Israel entirely in this operation of self defense and a potential elimination of a dangerous terrorists group, Hamas. But this is and will not be the case. The UN and Radical Liberals have called out Israel and accusing them by saying it is disproportionate response to the missile attacks because of the innocent casualties in Gaze.It is arguable that it is entirely proportionate because you do not judge proportion by how many civilians have been killed--that is suggesting that the police should have the same number of kills as as murderers. The way you a ccurately and ethically judge proportion, is by the enemies you have gotten and the the risks that they could have impose. The way the liberals logic works in this case, is like like saying, in world war to United Staes of America, in WW2, was wrong because they killed more Germans than Germans killed Americans. is the war criminal because During this conflict Hamas has committed a double war crime--killing innocent Israeli civilians, while hiding behind their own citizens like human shields. Radical liberals claim the human shield tactic is justifiable because of the lack of defense equipment Hamas combatants have so extra human sacrifice is needed to fight against the "zionist state" or because it is a very dense populated area . The Palestinian civilian casualties caused by Israel is to be blamed on Hamas for deliberately, blatantly and knowingly locating its weapons in residential neighborhoods and indeed close to or perhaps even in schools. Israel, having superior military army intelligence, combats and counters Hamas's human shield tactic--essentially using woman and children as shields, by targeting precisely as can and locate and confirm the actual thug operatives. Sometimes, like stated before, there are accidental civilian casualties and Israel being a humane country and with the fullest sympathy-- is sorry and feels that is it a tragedy that every time a civilian gets killed.
