Hi. I am a guy. I weigh currently about 262. I have gained a ton of weight in the past year. I am 17, 5'11, and I would like to lose 15-20 pounds. I know I should weigh not even 200 but everyones different. I have large bone structure as well. I know you have to burn more than you consume to lose weight. I've calculated my basal metabolic rate and it is 2,400 roughly. So I decided I would eat about 1900 calories or slightly under, and I would also exercise as well for 40-45 minutes running on a treadmill 3 times a week. I also lift occasionally. I am sure this is going to help me lose weight slowly, but effectively. What happens though if I eat like say, 1500 calories and my BMR is 2,400, so I then burn 900 calories of fat as my deficit for that day???? I know there is 3500 cal. in a pound of fat Please analyze this whole thing and give me your thought. Thanks!!!!! (more...)

I plan on feeding my puppy an all-raw-meat diet; I will gradually wean him from the dry food (Taste of the Wild) that the breeder fed him. But...with regard to BONES, I'm confused. I went to an all-natural and raw pet food supplier and they said turkey necks are too "rich" for him just yet (he's 12 weeks) and that, even when I give him one, he should only have it for 15 minutes and then take it away because it could give him the runs. All I've been reading about raw turkey necks does not agree with this pet food store. Who do I believe? Help! (more...)

at the beginning of school i saw her running down the hallway and i asked her if she showed sheep (cause i though i might have seen her at the fair, and even if it wasn't her i still get to talk to her) she kinda looked at me with a slight smile and said no and asked if i did, i said yes (it's true lol, i'm a she farmer), but then she went into bathroom (she wasn't brushing me off, she was running before i asked her). but then we were at a party hosted by a mutual friend and we had short eye contact (it looked like she was making eyes at me) but then when i talked to her maybe 15 minutes later she was kinda dry (not flirty, which didn't follow with her eye contact before), but we did talk about our classes and we got eachother's names. so i have study hall with her and i sometimes see her look over at me, though we don't really talk to eachother, just in the group. some weeks i see her looking at me more often than others. then after the break was over i got her to laugh before study hall started (but we were in a group of friends, i wasn't talking specifically to her), and she was the only one who laughed out loud (her friend kinda chuckled i think though). During study hall she was across from me, we made eye contact and i smiled, but she didn't smile back, we both kinda looked down. but i could see her looking at me periodically (alot more than normal) though after she didn't smile back once i saw our eyes were about to meet i would just look down. she's doesn't smile alot except when she's laughing. she kinda keeps with a friend all the time. what do you think is going on? and please, i want good answers, not just "yeah dude she's totally into you" or "man she hates you ur retarted". oh yeah i'm almost 16 she's 15 (more...)

I got here at the barrens gate and I'm instantly attacked by 4 guards and pummeled with 150s, and die instantly.. How did this level 15 get in here, and how do I get in here. It took me 20 minutes to run all the way down here, I don't want to just turn around without getting a raptor. :( Help please. I purchased Sims2 Apartment Life recently and it arrived yesterday (8th Jan 2009). I installed it right away (moving all my custom content into another folder and deleting it from my Sims2 folder until my game was fully installed (in case i lost all of it). It installed fine and then I went on to play the game and it worked fine still. I got onto the loading screen just before the part where you choose the neighbourhood to go into and it stayed like that for about 10 minutes. I went downstairs for an hour and it was still on the same screen when I came up and hadn't loaded at all. I pressed Ctrl + Alt + Delete on my keyboard and it came up with the task manager window. I looked at the Sims2 one and it said not responding. My game usually does this (When I had FreeTime it started doing it) but that usually passed in about 2 minutes. I waited for it to pass and it stayed like it for 2 hours. I then deleted some of my files on my entire computer because my mum said I might have run out of space and it still isn't working. If anyone knows how this can be fixed please - please - please tell me because I am dying to play it here! (Thanks in advance) I have Vista and other expansion packs have worked fine on my computer before. I have Xmas party pack, Family fun, FreeTime, H&M, IKEA, Kitchen and bath stuff, Nightlife, Pets, Open for Business, Pet Stories, Teen stuff, University and now Apartment Life. Cassie - I don't really want to have to delete all my games because I will lose everything I have ever done which really will irritate me if it doesn't work after that.
