Weber 386002 Q-100 Portable Gas Grill
Weber 386002 Q-100 Portable Gas Grill As the daylight lingers longer each day, the more carnivorous folk start salivating in anticipation. Barbecue season approaches, liberating meat lovers from the less-flavorful pan-fried steak or bland poached chicken breasts. Likewise, the vegetarians in the family rejoice in the prospect of grilled summer squash or roasted beets and corn, rather than settling for another head of iceberg lettuce and canned beans. For juicy burgers and veggie kabobs at home or at the lake, industry leader Weber offers their portable Q-100 gas grill. The propane grill employs an 8,500-BTU stainless-steel burner to heat its 189-square-inch cooking area.

Weber crafted the grill's lid and body in tough cast aluminum with a sturdy glass-reinforced nylon frame. The grill ignites at the push of a button for reliable lighting, and an infinitely adjustable burner valve with a high-quality regulator makes it easy to control the heat. Meat sizzles on the porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates, while drippings follow the drip ducts to reduce potential flare-ups and enable quicker cleaning. Other highlights include a flavorizer system integrated into the cooking grate, a removable catch pan, and a large weather-resistant lid handle. The grill operates on a standard 14.1- or 16.4-ounce propane cylinder. Propane does not come included, but Weber does enclose a Weber Q cookbook of recipes and inspiration. The grill measures 16 by 27 by 23-1/2 inches with the lid open and carries a five-year limited warranty. --Jessica Reuling

Open Question: Am I psychic? can you be half psychic? ?
my mom says I have E.S.P [[extra sensory perception]] she says she has it to. I don't know if I actually am 'psychic'. I just know when a few things are going to happen, totally random things. like for one day A thought popped into my head 'your cellphone is going to ring in class' no one ever called my phone during school. the thought just kept popping in my head all week and i had a gut feeling about it, at the very end of the week in my math class my phone rang,it was my friend [she was sick] i almost got detention. [This one is the weirdest] I was at a summer camp with my boyfriend. I was asleep in girls camp [its outdoor] it was about 2 in the morning and I woke up randomly and the first thought that came to my head was 'my boyfriends not coming to the morning hike' [which took place at 5 am] as soon as I opened my eyes it came. I felt like something was 'with' me like around me i was looking every where and all i could see were trees and all the other campers. it turns out he didnt make it to the hike. there is a story behind the camp, its over 100 years old and a family who used to own it is buried on the property. another time I woke up with a crappy feeling the worst feeling ever, a thought popped into my head 'take down that video' I titled a video with an offensive title towards this other girl. I was feeling lazy and didnt want to take it down the feeling just got worse as the thought kept repeating in my head it turns out later that day my mother found it and grounded me for 3 months. and about a year ago my little sister [scared] said ' mommy! I keep having a feeling these things will happen and they do!' so am I psychic? it is a bit genetic isnt it? i'm not sure because sometimes i feel like things are going to happen, ive realized the more I want to have it like request to know about something i tell myself get something I dont get it. I havent had it for a while it's on and off (more...)

Open Question: Get answers from millions of real people.?
How do i get outdoor german shepherds to quit barking at night? i have 1 and my sis has 2, they are siblings. i got stuck watching them for a month while they went out of town. i've had them for 5 days, and every night. my dog did on occasion at deer or other animals. but now all 3 bark all night nonstop. it doesn't bother me too much, but i know the neighbors are getting ticked off. they have a 50 by 100 foot fenced in area, and i spend a couple hours with them daily. any advise would be helpful. Open Question: Professiona Landscape Lighting fixtures.?
I've tried the poor quality landscape lighting fixtures at Home Depot and Lowes. When I look online for qualily outdoor lighting fixtures they are around $80 each. Isn't there a quality product above Home Depot but below $80-$100. Looking for solid brass or copper fixtures that will last -- similar to what professionals use. Thanks! (more...)

Open Question: What home weather station should I buy?
I have been thinking of buying a wireless weather station but I can't seem to find one in my price range (around $100) that has all the features that I want. I want features to include: indoor/outdoor temp, an additional temp sensor, wind speed/direction, humidity, rainfall, and I want a unit that can link to my PC so I can store the data. Also, I think the UV sensor would be nice, but it is not essential. Once again, I am only looking to spend around $100. Are there any units on the market that will do all of these things for around my price range? (more...)

Resolved Question: 2010 NHL Winter Classic?
There are a few matchups I would like to see (I am a flyers fan) 1) Flyers vs. Penguins at Beaver Stadium: 100,000+ people, and two of the biggest markets in hockey, why not? (My favorite matchup) 2)Wild vs. Sharks at TCF Bank Stadium (Scheduled to open this year) Good Western Conference matchup 3) Rangers vs. Flyers/Capitals at Yankee Stadium: Ovechkin would be great to see in an outdoor game. But one big question remains, would the tickets cost $2,500? My guess is that every year the NHL is going to switch between Eastern Conference and Western Conference each year. I think the Flyers and Penguins would grab a huge TV audience (the ECF last year drew a fairly large rating) but I dont think the NHL would give the Penguins another outdoor game just yet. Who do you think should play? I like the idea of Canadiens vs. Bruins, at Fenway it would really be cool to see plus fans would be so close because of the small amount of foul territory (more...)

Resolved Question: Should I move my horse/switch barns? ?
Ok the place I am at currently is not really the 100% best. I am paying $250 a month and it includes a stall at night, an indoor arena, plenty of trails, and a paddock during the day(plus feeding and things like that). But lately, the place has been going downhill. The other boarders seem to like it but I am one that gets worried easily and want the best I can get. The price here is quite cheap compared to other ones that have indoor board so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised of what I'll tell you about the place next. Well in the stalls, sometimes they don't give them water. Also on the 1st of this month, one of the workers came in and told me to put my horse in after I was done with her. Well I looked in the stalls and they were still covered in poo and old bedding. I asked him if he would clean the stalls(he was putting flakes of hay into them at the time) and he said no because he had to go do sleigh rides. BUT theres other workers there and the ride didn't start for another half hour. And I bet they had all day to clean. He also didn't give them any water before he left. So I ended up cleaning my horse's stall and giving her water(I didn't have time to give the others yet). Am I just over reacting? Also outdoors, they had a heater in the trough for a while but the other day, it was taken out for some reason and so the horses were having to eat snow. I know that isn't as bad but like they got a heater, USE IT. The arena used to be barely dusty and they had the tractor go over it alot. But lately, they have stopped and its been extremely dusty. Also, my horse's stall is in there too(right across from it and theres a aisle in between) so it can get dusty in it. My dad asked if they could water it down but one guy said it would freeze(canadian winters...ugh). But there should be something they can do. I also have seen another pen of horses, they put alot in it and almost everytime, there seem to be horses in a fight. They seem healthy but theres never hay out there so I guess they get fed at night? I don't know, its just sort of strange cause the other pens have it. The workers also smoke alot on the grounds and throw partys alot(drinking included). One time in October, there was a 6 hour ride that they hosted and later that night, they had a party right in the arena so there has been cigarettes on the ground. And also my horse couldn't go in that night cause of that(even though it was a nice night). So what do you think of the place? If I move, I am thinking of a place my friend is at. It's about a 5-10 minute drive from the current place I am at. It is a smaller barn though. They got an indoor arena(its smaller though compared to this one) BUT they got a huge pasture that the horses go in. Even though there is probably around 15 horses(or even more) in it. She is paying $200 a month for outdoor. When I checked out the place, there was no shelter but I am not sure if he might've built one by now. My friend also said the owner has taken the her horse in for free on very cold days. Indoor there is $300 but I can't really afford that board price at the moment. This place is also mostly english but there is a couple western ones(like my friend, and by the way I do western). The owner also gives lessons. And its close to where I currently board at so theres tons of trails(right by a provincial park). what do you think? Also at the current place, the workers seem to be very welll...desperate. One old guy who I don't like started to try and flirt with my mom(she is happily married!). And he also did that to another boarder that I am friends with. Just plain creepy! Also the place has a restaurant and petting zoo and like a heated place to stay(that seems to be one of my parents favourite things I have to admit) but that should be the least important. Like it should be a HORSE barn. And by the way, the second place, I don't know if he has any staff. He seems to manage fine on his own and also his parents(they live next door), probably help out. Thanks for the answers so far! (more...)

Voting Question: Why can't everybody not buy ANYTHING anymore except Land?
I think everybody should grow their own food, live in a tent, take your money OUT of the bank and use 100% of the cash to buy LAND. Land never goes worthless, especially if you use it to grow a garden!!!! Live on the land you own and grow your own food on it. And THEN do NOT pay anyone ANYTHING! Just eat, sleep in tent, buy one outdoor portable bathroom with a septic tank and detergent for washing hands in the lake and that's it! That's all you need. Why are these greedy corporations so powerful when you don't need them to survive? Why can't everybody live in tents and grow their own food? Then we won't need to buy much of anything! The little expenses, like replacing the tent, nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium for the soil, can be obtained by selling garden vegetables on a stand. Seriously, why can't you just say: "Today's the day, I'm gonna quit my job sell my home/leave my landlord, buy land, buy a tent with the proceeds, fertilizer, water, and grow my own garden! And ditch my insurance companies. for heat I will use something called "other people". The human body is a natural heating system powered at 98.6 degree fahrenheit. As people bond together the heating capacity enlarges To deal with taxes, simple solution. Put a religious symbol on top of the tent, declare the land a place of worship, file for 501(d) property tax exemption. OR Plan B: Allow a few kind folks the convenience of living on my parcel of land. Charge them montly rent equal to the property tax amount. (more...)

Resolved Question: Ideas and suggestions for outdoor reception please?
My fiance and I are getting married in Jamaica and want to have an outdoor reception when we get home. We have a beautiful backyard with a pool. There will be approx 75-100 people (HE HAS A HUGE FAMILY). I am thinking of ideas to make it nice, but not too expensive. We plan to have finger foods, each family member will make one, etc. We have someone to make us a cake for next to nothing. What are some cute decorative ideas and maybe ideas on a tent if it rains! Thanks! (more...)
