I have a 2003 dodge durango slt plus, it has 74,000 miles on it and I just recently bought it/ financed it from big blue autos in lexington, KY. I have a 4 year warranty on it so i'm not that worried but I still want to know why it's doing what it's doing. First thing is....when it's in AWD it's fine, but when you put it in park or neutral and switch it to 4WD Hi and start driving....the brakes lock up and it's really hard to turn corners and pull into parking spaces. I then switch it back to AWD and pump the brakes a little bit and it finally switches out and returns to normal.....I have no idea what's wrong and all I know is that when you go slow turning corners, it grabs the pavement really bad!...help!!!! So 2 days ago me and my roommate were sitting in our living room, and a car pulled into our driveway. We weren't expecting anyone so we were watching them out the window.. They sat in the car for a minute... And then got out.... And started walking away... We opened the door and yelled at her, "hey, are you leaving your car in our driveway?!"..... She didn't look back and sped up... and walked to the corner and got on the bus.... We went outside and it's a 2009 Mercedes Benz C350, which is like a 50,000 dollar car. We have no idea who the girl is or why she wouldn't reply to us when we yelled at her. But it's been abandoned in our driveway for 2 days now. It's not a huge issue because we don't have a car to park there, and it makes us look rich... but why would someone just inexplicably leave a Mercedes in our driveway? Should we suspect it's stolen? I scammed some people into giving me $120,000 and told them that I would be investing it for them and paying them high interest on their money every month. I gave them promissory notes, notarized. They fell for it. I never paid them back and told them I lost the money. I don't show any money in the bank and don't have any assets either. I have the money completely hidden. They keep telling me that this is a crime and I can get prosecuted but others have told me it won't last in court. Can I get in trouble or is it just a default on a loan? How could it be a felony? It was a loan! The notes stated they loaned me the money. Also, the agreement was made under my business name. Can't I just file bankruptcy. I'm not worried about these people trying to hurt me- They are very religious and would not do that. (more...)

I just pulled our credit reports and I have a few questions!!! 1. If my husband is the only one employed should he be the only one on the mortgage (when we apply) 2. My husband is 8,000 in debt. 16,000 if you include his truck. But we make monthly payments of 340.00. It will be payed off in January 2011. I do not work and we have set up our accounts and everything to be debt free (aside from the truck) by the end of the year! He makes 47,000 a year not including overtime. I know it will be hard but we need to do this! Will we be able to be approved for a home loan when we don't have this debt or should we wait a while? 3. I would like to do 100% financing. Is this a bad choice? We are only 20 and 21. So we have a while right? Thanks :o) Oh yeah. Right now our credit is in the lower 500's. Will it go up a lot when every thing is paid? (more...)
