I just bought and installed an ATI Radeon HD 4670 (2 DVI outs and 1 S-Video out), im trying to run a regular FPM and use my HDTV as my second monitor, using a dvi to hdmi convertor, when i plug in the tv and goto the ati control center it detects the tv, even tells what model the tv is, how im connected everything,it is even enabled as my extended desktop, but no picture? same happens when i connect an s-video cable, when rebooting the screen will flicker indicating that there is some sort of signal getting there but when its fully booted no picture... anyone have any ideas? My tv has all the desktop icons, while my regular monitor (RM) has the taskbar at the bottom. Im not sure how to set it up so my games can extend through both moniters. Alright, i just worte a short story for no reason, mind reading it to give me some insight? here it is: She looked nothing like he had expected. This was a perfect pick-me-up if Tyler had ever seen one. When she walked into the room everything froze and all attention was to her. The perfectly combed dark brown hair running down her shoulders was only overseen by a pair of big gray eyes that drew in anyone caught staring. As she sat down at the table Tyler was hit with an intoxicatingly soothing scent. Must be her perfume? he thought but his thoughts were drowned out by the purest most eloquent sound his 18 year old ears had ever heard. ?I?m Tiffany, Tiffany Johnson,? she said while extending her hand in the daintiest most perfect fashion Tyler had ever seen. With a stammer he managed to squeak out his name and shake her smooth hand. After an awkward beginning, the two started talking and were only reminded of their homes when the owner of the café came out yelling about adolescent ignorance. They had gotten caught up talking about school, friends and previous relationships. Tyler was proud of himself; he had gotten through a whole explanation of Mabel without calling her and leaving her a message until now. He explained their three-year relationship and how she broke his heart and started dating his friend. Tiffany seemed sentimental and gave her fair share of bad relationships. Tyler walked her home and as he was turning to leave she spun him around and kissed him. He was stunned, a girl this pretty giving him a kiss and her number, this was unheard of. She smiled and walked into her house but not after telling him to be at the ice rink in two hours. That was exactly one year ago. For their anniversary Tyler and Tiffany had decided to do the same thing on their date as they did their first. This was exactly the same except what happened after. Tyler stood in the same spot for the better part of 15 minutes, but a melody and a vibration in his pocket finally broke his trance. When he pulled out his phone his heart sank, and with a groan he flipped up the cover. ?Hey Mabel?? Ernie Sanders was tired. 40 years of being a taxi driver, just one more night and he could finally go back to his home knowing he?d never have to drive this wretched car again. One last fair and I?m done? he thought, and then he saw the kid. Not just a regular kid, this kid was under a lamppost kicking it, screaming at the top of his lungs on a phone and sobbing. Never get the normal ones? Tyler hung up the phone and stood there, holding the lamppost. A raspy voice from behind him made him nearly jump out of his skin. ?Goin? som?re I can take ?ya?? Tyler spun on his heels and was looking into the eyes of an old man in a cab. For his age, his hair was unnatural. It was long, down to his shoulders, and perfect blonde. His eyes were weathered but an inviting blue shade. Wordlessly Tyler stepped into the car and they started driving. ?So wh?re we headin??? Ernie asked trying to start a conversation with this kid who looked in despair. ?The ice rink on 47th? As if on cue when Ernie was finished the car pulled up to a frozen-over lake with a group of kids sitting on the edge. Why not just get a blue or clear card? 1. No annual fee. With a charge card you pay an annual fee and not only that if you do the math you have to spend 10k+ most of the time just to break even on the annual fee. With a blue and clear card you start coming out ahead with your first purchase. 2. The benefits are very similar...extended warranty, etc. 3. Dont have to worry about your imaginary "no pre-set spending limit". 4. ALL credit cards are "charge cards" if paid in full every month. 5. "No pre-set spending limit" doesn't report a limit to the credit agencies, so therefore your high balance is your credit limit and if your charge the same amount every month it will seem that your card is maxed out! I've played defense for 8 years and goalie for a few so bear with me here because this may be a stupid question. Right now I currently have Itech Xwings 38 inch. When a pad is 36 inch + 2 (assuming thigh rise), is it really the same size as a regular 38 inch pad? Thigh rise is how many inches the pad extends past the last strap? I am a butterfly goalie so would it be better then to have a 36 +2? I've noticed with my Itechs that I the strap furthest to the top when as loose as it gets still "tilts" the pads inward and looks awkward. Thanks in advance. (more...)

Intensified Pulse Polio Programme started in India in 1994 officially, but it was spread through out the country in 1995 with the main aim of eradicating polio by 2000AD. According to it there is no need of giving oral polio vaccine to the children after 2000 AD. But this was not successful and so was extended up to 2005 with a vision of declaring India a polio free state by 2005. But this also failed. According to National Plan of Action 2005 developed by Department of women and child development 2007 the objective under child survival is to certify by 2007 the eradication of polio, which is not possible under present conditions with almost 1000 cases of polio being reported from different states of India. What is polio vaccine? Polio is a disease caused by virus which attacks mainly children below 5 years and causes a type of paralysis and also leads to some nervous disorders and physical disability. Polio vaccine consists of half dead virus and is given to children orally. The dosage is 2 drops 4 times below 5 years mainly at the individual?s age of 1 ½ month, 2 ½ month, 3 ½ month and a booster dose at 18 months(optional). The main reason behind giving the vaccine 3 or 4 times is because the mothers milk can restrict the child from getting immunity against the disease particularly those who were given colostrums. Booster dose is given so that by that time the child stops drinking mother?s milk. Actually speaking one perfect dose is enough if it works, to protect the child from polio. It gives life long immunity for that person as like other anti viral vaccines. Now a days due to pulse polio programme every child in his life is being given a total of 15 doses minimum (5*2 = 10 doses +4 regular+ one dose at birth). But during the start of the programme it was said that polio vaccine can be given for not more than 12 times according to some standards. But in India it exceeds. With several side affects seen when the vaccine is given to children, is it safe to give the vaccine for that many times, that too a vaccine which is related to nerves? Is this vaccine responsible for the stress related problems in the present generations? Does this vaccine related to virus family is responsible for the spread of other viruses in humans like HIV and bird flu etc., My view is that as mosquitoes are responsible for the spread of malaria, prevention of mosquitoes is necessary then injecting medicine to the people. similarly the spread of polio virus is only through oral fecal contact only so why can?t we prevent the spread by improving the hygienic conditions One thing is clear that polio is spread only by fecal-oral contact only either directly or through flies. When we stop this then there is no polio. Why are we not thinking of prevention by improving hygiene and spending money on improving hygiene rather than vaccination. The following questions need to be answered by any responsible person before blindly taking the programme into the people and taking the children into a high risk zone. 1.How many times could this vaccine be given for a child in his life time? Is there any limit to the number of doses to be given? (Scientifically tested or not) 2.If there is no limit is there any side effect by giving the vaccine more number of times? 3.Is the pulse polio programme tested in our country on any sample or in any other country at least? 4.What is the use of pulse polio programme while normal polio eradication programme( through UIP ) is going on in the country? 5.As the vaccine is related to nerves does it cause any side affects or nervous disorders or early (more...)

I then go through my pitch... "Has anyone talked to you about Plus (or Plus Membership)...? What it is is it's an upgrade to your regular membership. With it you a get a $100 Travel Voucher that you can use on sites such as Expedia, Travelocity, or you can even use it on a cruise. I then go on to say, "You can get discounts up to 50% on Pharmacy and Optical at _______ and _______. If the member's Plus is rated above $30 I then say, "You also qualify for a $15 gift card today to ______ or ______. I then say, "With any purchase of an extended warranty, you're going to get another year added to it." Then I ask the member if they have Roadside Assistance...Most of them say that they have AAA and that they are paying $90 a year for it. I then tell them that if they decided to get Roadside Assistance through us it is only $38 per year. To get them hooked I say the price of the plus upgrade. "For you today this upgrade would only be $20.26, normally it is $100. If you decide that you don't like the Plus, you can bring it back to us within 30 days and say you don't like and they will give you a full refund and you keep the Travel Voucher." I then go on to say, "You can get discounts up to 50% on Pharmacy and Optical at _______ and _______. If the member's Plus is rated above $30 I then say, "You also qualify for a $15 gift card today to ______ or ______. I then say, "With any purchase of an extended warranty, you're going to get another year added to it." Then I ask the member if they have Roadside Assistance...Most of them say that they have AAA and that they are paying $90 a year for it. I then tell them that if they decided to get Roadside Assistance through us it is only $38 per year. To get them hooked I say the price of the plus upgrade. "For you today this upgrade would only be $20.26, normally it is $100. If you decide that you don't like the Plus, you can bring it back to us within 30 days and say you don't like and they will give you a full refund and you keep the Travel Voucher."
