Voting Question: I need serious crush advice. ?
So I live in a tiny town in Colorado and I am 14. Now I grew some very strong relationships with friends since my time living here. So here we go. I am Mormon and we have very strong dating rules that stand pretty strong in my family. We are not supposed to date until we are 16 and even then we are not supposed to get very serious into it. Well there are two particular guys that are driving me insane. So here. At a youth conference this year I met two guys. Matt, who ended up being my neighbor right across the street from me who is in my ward. Now he is not a huge Mormon at all. He dropped the whole 16 thing out the window when he turned 15. Now the other guy I met and danced with is Sam. He is amazing, cute, funny and understanding. He is not a good Mormon either. Well both of them became my good friends. After a few months, Matt decided he was mad at me for spreading rumors about him. I would never do that and it continued on with mean things getting spread about me from him and evil looks from him family. Until about a week ago. He messaged me and said that he was sorry for all that had happened. And so I decided I forgave him, but I was sure if I wanted to be friends with someone who couldn't trust me. Well one day we drops this bomb on me saying that he loves me and he wants me and he will wait forever for me. And I was speechless. The same day Sam called me and we were talking about how at the last church dance we both were waiting for each other to ask the other to dance. We both chickened out. Well he calls me and asks me this "out of the blue" question. "What would you do if I kissed you?" well I explained that I wouldnt know what to do and so we finished talking and stuff. Well last night Matt drops another bomb. And I know this is all genuine from him. But he also asked what I would do if he kissed me. I explained the same thing that I had to Sam and told him that I didnt want to be kissed until I was 16 and could date and he said he would kiss me anyways. Well he told me to meet him in the CHAPEL (for all you non-mormons that is the place that we meet for a kind of meeting) so we can be alone so he can kiss me. I dont want to though! I dont! And Sam also says he likes me alot. Well the thing is I have these two guys. I dont know who to pick, I dont know if I should pick either of them. And another thing I am moving in 2 weeks. Matt says he will drive when he gets his license to where I am moving just to visit me. This guy says he has been obsessed with me since he met me. And I dont know what to do. I am confused. What is a good Mormon girl supposed to do in a situation like this????? :O Help please. Especially if you are Mormon. But if your not you can still help. Choose one or the other or dump the both like hot potatoes and move on. I have a group of friends who say Sam and a few that say Matt and a few that say NEITHER. They arent good Mormons but that doesnt seem to bug me at all. And Sam is Bi-sexual or so he says, and Matt just cant make up his mind...I dont know if I can trust either of them. So help! (more...)

Resolved Question: i am trying to write a book and i want other peoples opion! Plz tell me wat u think!?
Heres a paragragh of my writting I had no other choice but to move. Everyone was beging to figure out who i was. A vampire. I had to drop the life i had right now and leave as soon as possable. The only people who knew my real idenity was my family. I can hear people screming in my ear telling me to leave but im to stubborn to listen, but i realized if i didnt leave i would regret eveything. My family packed our bags and we left as soon as possable, but i always thought it was the wrong thing to do. My friends began to worry and they finally were told i was gone. We settled down in a city called Spokane,Washigton. We traveled from Denver,Colorado all the way to Spokane,Washington. My 2 sisters and my 2 brothers were beging to miss our old town in denver even though we move every 2 years its always hard. A tiny voice yelled to me "Stop it Alice" and i looked everywhere but nobody was to be found. I ran so fast but i forgot we had neighbors so it was really hard to act myself. Which was i couldnt run past anyone because of my speed,or i couldnt touch anyone cause and cold skinned. And my skin was so pale. My family was differnt from others vampire familys we had special gifts. which nodoy knew not even familys like us. I was thnking what if i revealed my true idenity but if i did i would probally get prosachuted or be put in jail. So i decided to do the same thing ever time not let anyone know my idenity. My new life was strange and not very normal like everyone else life was. The school year just started but i was sure i would have friends but everyone thought i was wierd exept from one person. He was the only one who thought that way. Even though people would make jokes and make fun of him he didnt care what they thought not even for a second (more...)

Voting Question: where should i live when i'm older?
i was just watching the movie Deck the Halls and fell in love with the town they lived in! I'm on 16 but i have an obsession with where i'm going to live when i'm older, and it's my dream to live somewhere like that in a house just like the people in the movies'.but I was really disappointed to find out they live in massachusettes, cuz that's just way too expensive for me! does anywhere know of a town like that, kind of small but not too tiny, and really cute and clean with nice houses that's not like crazily expensive? i'm open to like any state, but would prefer to stay in the mid-west to the west, most likely colorado or illinois. Thanks! (more...)

Resolved Question: Did these illegals take jobs from Americans ? pulling in $18,000 a year ?
How about why did Howard Industries interestingly put up a billboard a week before the day of the raid saying it was hiring workers for the entire gamut of jobs it offered ? The 600 presumed ?terrorist and other criminals? detained were working for Howard Industries which employs 4,000 workers in the tiny town of Laurel, Mississippi. Their stated earnings averaged $18,000 a year according to a local Laurel newspaper, a seemingly high income for workers in Latin America, but slightly higher than the federal poverty line in the U.S., where just the food expenditures for a household border $4,000 a year. The list of detainees included 106 individuals identified as ?being eligible for an alternative to detention based on humanitarian reasons?, which meant being fitted an electronic bracelet for tracking, just as the ones worn by mothers detained less than a month ago in Norristown, PA. Adding to its image of humane and unbiased propriety ICE employs a Hispanic spokeswoman, her name is Barbara Gonzalez. Enrolled for years in the federal verification program to detect workers with irregular backgrounds, Howard Industries interestingly put up a billboard a week before the day of the raid saying it was hiring workers for the entire gamut of jobs it offered. Coincidentally none of Howard Industries executives were detained. The Associated Press reported the existence of ?simmering tensions? between union bosses and immigrants, because the latter were getting more overtime and supervisory positions.http://www.pontealdia.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1067&Itemid=1&ed=21 And how about this,But wait. The open-borders folks are always telling us these are jobs Americans won?t do. John ?Lettuce? McCain doesn?t think these Americans exist, either. Yet here they are, American citizens lining up to do the work illegal aliens were doing (just like they did after the Colorado Swift raids):Howard Industries found itself at the center of activity again Tuesday. Hundreds of job applicants lined up, eager to take advantage of the sudden job openings at the plant located in Jones County, where the unemployment rate is 6.3 percent.http://www.clarionledger.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?Date=20080827&Category=NEWS&ArtNo=808270366&Ref=AR The Edison Report has good coverage of the Mississippi story. http://www.edisonreport.net The union tipped the fed. Resolved Question: Is this okay for the first chapter of my book?

Resolved Question: Read the first chapter of the book I am working on!!!?

Resolved Question: Do you think that the Presidential Election votes will be counted or Stolen?

Resolved Question: tell me what you think of this?
ok well i wrote this a while ago and i was just wondering if it was any good, so please tell me what you think ;p Deep in the Colorado mountains, is a large lake. Here in this beautiful place, the moon shines brightly, against magic stars. The gentle back and forth of the water flowing onto the shore makes a peaceful sound as the night goes on. Much different from the roaring of the harsh push and pull of the deep seas. The water sits like silver silk under the moons light, ever flowing in gentle breezes of the night air. And as the night goes on, the smooth fabric creases, and wrinkles to the nights pleasing. The warm light of the houses above the shore, reflect a cool city above a slivery world on the top of the peaceful waters. When the day awakes and the night fades, the calm night city disappears with rising of the morning sun. Once the bright sun hit?s the blue sky, the silky fabric is decorated in crystal bubbles and glistening reflections. When the warm light of morning sun hit?s the mountain peeks above, they sing in harmony with the world around them. The breathtaking sound is heard from the tall pines of the neighboring forests, and throughout the tiny towns of Colorado. The dawn of the day is a beautiful sight to see, and the magical nights of the misty mountains is a wonderful world to discover. So the next time you are sitting around wishing to find a magical world far from your own, find the magic within the world around you. Breath in the simple pleasure of a summers day, find the joy in a winters snow, count the colors of the autumn trees, and find the stunning beauty in the springs blooms. The natures magic speaks to you, all you have to do is listen. (more...)

Resolved Question: Has anyone heard this?
BAILEY, Colorado (AP) -- An adult gunman took at least four people hostage at the high school in this tiny mountain town Wednesday and several shots were reported fired, authorities said. There were no immediate reports of injuries. Adjoining Jefferson County sent a bomb squad and SWAT team to Platte Canyon High School and hundreds of students were evacuated. The evacuation of the high school and a nearby middle school came after a loud noise, said Jan Howard, a secretary to the superintendent of schools. "I don't know what the noise was," she said. She said students were taken to a safe location, but predicted parents would not be able to immediately reach them because the only highway in and out of town had been shut down. Jefferson County authorities are all too familiar with school attacks: The sheriff's office handled the 1999 attack at Columbine High School in which two students killed 13 people before taking their own lives. The town is 35 miles southwest of Denver. What are your thoughts on this type of thing ? It sure scares me. So sad Are kids aren't safe anymore. (more...)
