I'm hopefully studying abroad for a month this summer in London from June 20th to July 20th and all the information I've seen on London fashion says they dress up a bit more than Americans do? I'm from California so I usually spend summer in flip flops, shorts, and spaghetti strap tanks with knee length skirts and short sleeved blouses and sandals for work (no dress code) so I don't really have anything that I think fits in with London fashion. I read that I should bring a "light jacket" even in summer because the weather is unpredictable, and that jeans and sneakers won't cut it for walking around? So I wondered if anyone knew where I could get a jacket that would work or what style jacket I should be looking for exactly. I have 2 pea coats and some zip up sweatshirts but nothing waterproof and I'm not a leather jacket kinda person so I'm not sure what to get. I have a pair of long black sued boots but I'm not sure what shoes to wear because they're more for winter i think. Also what should I wear with shorts/skirts if flip flops are not ok? I have a lot of clothes from H&M and a pair of Hudson jeans so I was going to bring those so as not to stand out too much as a tourist with my california shirts and beachy vibe. Sorry this is kinda long, Any advice is appreciated! Oh yeah, and I'm 5' 8' (172cm) tall and 120 pounds (sorry don't know the lbs/kg conversion) and my measurements are 35 inch bust 26 inch waist 33 inch hips so from what I've read I'm "apple-shaped" and a UK size 8, I think. I'm a size 6 at H&M and a 2-4/Small in US sizing. So styles that would look good on that body type would be awesome, but usually everything works for me except shirts that are lowcut because i am a 34C and kinda busty for my narrow frame. Also, I'll be 21 in 2 weeks and I'm a 3rd year student in college so stuff for that age group would be great. (more...)

I used to go to the gym at my school and run 2-3mi/day on the treadmill. Now, at home, I went to the track at my high school, and in 32°F weather, I could only run 1 mile. I wore long track pants, a beater tank under a t-shirt, under a Champion zip-up track jacket, and also, a nit winter hat. Soon enough, after the 1st quarter mile, my throat and lungs became sore, and I was short of breath. I jogged the 1st lap, then walked the 2nd, jogged the 3rd, then walked the 4th and final quarter mile slowly. Any advice on how to build up my endurance? (more...)

I just started charting my bbt on Fertility Friend and it says my coverline is 98 degrees even. According to FF, I'm supposed to get my period on the 31st. It also says I ovulated on the 16th of december (cd13). On this day I felt some cramping in my lower right abdomen. My finace and I only BD'd on the 13th cause we're trying for a girl. Right after O, my temp went up to 98.1 (as temps should rise after O). After that they kept going up, they went up to 98.9 at 7dpo. On this same day, I felt the same kind of cramps that I felt on cd13, same side too. Since then my temps have went up and down, but have all stayed above the coverline. Lately I've been having really stinky farts too (lol) and I'm really tired so I end up passing out in the afternoon for a 2-3 hour nap. I was very tired with my first pregnancy. I kinda feel like I can't control it, like I'm under a spell or someone has drugged me and have no choice but to go to sleep no matter how hard I try to keep my eyes open. Weird. My breasts now hurt on the lower outer sides. They have been sensitive to touch yesterday and today, especially when I lay down at night for bed. When I bend over, they kinda feel as if they "hang heavier" (that seems to be the only way I can describe it). I don't think they look or feel bigger though. Yesterday it was 65 degrees outside. Warm, but with a nice breeze. Very nice weather. I was outside in a t-shirt, but for some reason I just felt really hot for atleast a half hour straight. I was sweating too! I noticed I'm going to the bathroom more frequently than usual for the last 5 days or so. The other day I was doing some xmas exchanges and would have killed someone just to have a sip of water. I been super thirsty since then (3 days or so). Even right now I'm gulping down a 10oz glass of water. Last night I checked my cervix and it was low, soft and open. I've also been having creamy/lotion CM. Shouldn't I be low, hard, closed and dry before active flow? Now you would think that with all these "symptoms" and high temps I'd be jumping for joy and picking out pink or blue for the extra bedroom. But the only thing is, I'm 13dpo and I'm expecting my period any day now. Normally I spot for 2 days before AF, but I haven't seen anything so far. However, last night I was craving some tortila chips and salsa (its rare for me to want any kind of chips at all). But after I was done, I got some weird type of cramps that kinda felt like pins that shot all around my belly, then I felt bloated. Later on I went to the bathroom. I wiped, and I could have sworn I saw a small, light brown spot. I had already thrown the toilet paper in the toilet and was like....umm, wait a second. I wiped again and this time I didn't see anything. I didn't see anything all day today either. No spotting, no AF. This morning my temp took a nose dive and fell below my coverline to 97.86. You can imagine how this broke my TTC heart. Is there any, ANY small chance of hope that this is an implantation dip and my temp will rise again tomorrow morning even though I'm 13dpo? I've read most implantation dips happen at 6-10dpo so I'm assuming that horrible, icky AF is on its way. After my 3hr nap today, I took my bbt (for shits and giggles) and my temp was 98.40. Not a big rise, but a rise none-the-less. I'm praying my temp will rise again in the morning. I also went to the bathroom and took a HPT which ended up being a BF-ugly-N. I even held it up to the light and it was still negative. Anyone have any thoughts on what's going on....AF, pregnancy? Keep in mind the ONLY sign I get that AF is on its way is spotting for 2-3 days beforehand. No sore breasts, no tiredness, no gas. Nothing. Nadda. Zip. Ziltch. Well, this mornings temp was 98.08. Not the big rise I was hoping for, but its still a rise and its above my coverline. (more...)

I have a lot of pics and I want to upload them all to gmail, trouble is, if you use some 3rd party add on software(G Drive for example) along with Gmail, you risk getting your account suspended for violating terms of use. So I want to know is weather there is any software which regroups my pics from one folder into many folders where every folder doesn't exceed 20MB in size so that it can fit inside an attachment.Don't suggest software like WinZip or any other compression software.I want to upload the jpeg files directly into Gmail ;what I don't want is that any '.zip' files be uploaded to gmail which gmail can't read.Again, please don't suggest G Drive or G space or any compression software which simply splits a folder into 20MB for the above mentioned reason.What I want is a software which regroups all the files inside the folder without compressing it.
