i don't know what career to take in college!! none of the majors interest me..like nursing, accountant etc... and for some odd reason i keep changing my mind and i'm so idealistic and it's frustrating me!! First when i was younger i was sure and determine to be a fashion model! i loved everything about modeling, but the only experience i had relating to that was when i was in a beauty pageant! The photoshoot was fun, and the fast runaway walk was my favorite part i couldn't care less about the crowd! Then i put that on hold and tried music! i learned how to play the guitar and wrote a couple of songs on my own, but ever since i started having trouble tuning my guitar i got frustrated and now i barely play with it cuz it sounds stupid and messed up! i still wanna be a model tho.. and then a couple of weeks later, i found a video on youtube of people rehearsing a play and they we're reading a script on the table and it seemed to caught my attention! So i did a little bit of research on it and for some reason i seemed to grow an interest on it! Now i wanna try acting now??!! Is this just one of those "oh that's so cool thats what i wanna be" moments?!! Is this just a phase?! I seemed grew more interest in acting more than modeling! What the hell?! i'm so frustrated with myself! Why can't i just be interested in important things, like becoming a business manager or what ever major career there is! But i have done a little bit of acting when i was in 3rd-4th grade.. but i remember just doing that for fun and because my friends we're in it! Like i said in my previous question, i'm more of a creative person rather than a book smart person! My imagination is very active, but still i cant decide what i wanna be for college and i'm running out of time! Does anyone get me or help me stop freaking out! My cousins who are younger than I am already decided what they wanna be when they grow up! And their only 13!!!! i'm 17 turning 18 in 3 months!! (more...)

I?m sorry if this is a bit long, but when it comes to Twilight I have a lot of opinions. You can just answer the question if you don?t bother to read my rant. I got the book for Christmas and read the three first chapters that very day. I quickly decided that the book was poorly written crap and put it away. Then partly because my friend asked/forced me to go with her to the Twilight movie, which premiered today in Norway, and partly because I felt guilty about not reading it since it was a gift, I decided to finish the book. At one point I had to ask here on yahoo answers if it would get better, but I either got told to go to hell by obsessive Twilight fans for insulting their precious book or told to burn it by fellow Twilight haters. I finished it though. GO ME! But then I watched the movie today and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, I actually liked Edward, which I thought was impossible. Robert Pattison (that?s his name right?) is more odd looking than good looking to me, so the perfect image (that Meyer was desperately trying to make him which I thought was idiotic, shallow and pathetic) wasn?t there. I also liked the way he talked. And even more surprising, that stupid and pointless baseball match was actually really cool! The director must be awesome to pull that off. Of course, there were things I didn?t like. The make-up was a little over the top pale to the point where it looked stupid. The villains were more comical than scary. Kirsten Stewart did not make me like Bella, but my hatred for her was so strong, I think that was impossible. The fighting scene was cool, therefore there should have been more of that and less of the cheesy romance. The rest was Meyer?s fault for being a crappy writer. (Like how the villains suddenly wanted Bella and how Bella and Edward falls in love too quickly without showing any kind of chemistry whatsoever). So do you agree? Do you disagree? Got something else about it that you?d like to say? Was I the only one who didn?t know that Jacob was a Native American/Indian before seeing it in the movie? Because I was like, what? When was that mentioned? Was it during the beach scene, because I kind of only skimmed that part?? And wow, that was long? I?m actually planning on watching the movie again though, since I?ll be watching it with a more positive attitude. I?m never wasting (my brother?s) money on another Stephenie Meyer book though. 1960's United States. Tension is higher that ever between the Soviet Union and the US. 3 Soviet Rogue Agents commit an act of terrorism on the Empire State Building, in a way that you'd never expect. A grandfather calls his grandson and tells him to fly to London immediately where he will start his new life, and departs for a plane immediately because his Grandfather is afraid of a Bio Terror on the US. The Rogue Agents happen to get on the same plane, and the boy uncovers them post plot, and runs and locks himself in the cockpit. One of the Agents misfires and kills the pilot through the door, trying to bust in and kill the young boy. Before you know it the plane is going down rapidly, and the boy buckles himself into the co-pilot seat. He isn't able to steady the plane, and the wheels won't work very well. They open just as they land in a big field, pushing the plane past its pressure limit and killing it. The boy hears a large thud just as the land, and peaks through one of the bullet holes, to see all of the Agents in a heap in the back, unconscious. He is able to find his balance and keep a peaceful mind, and opens the hatch and escapes into the wilderness. Its then a race to London, hoping that the Rogue Agents don't catch him. He goes through many tremendous challenges, and eventually makes it to London, but the final showdown in the streets shall not be revealed. THIS BOOK CURRENTLY HAS A PENDING CONTRACT. I was sitting in English class, it was dead silent ?he? used to be in this class. The bell had yet to ring so our 24 year old teacher Miss. Crowley wasn?t in the room yet. Everything felt different. I couldn?t tell if it was silent because Darrel used to make all the noise; god knows he was loud. Or because we were all thinking about him. It was so quiet it was unbearable, I felt like screaming or crying, or doing something, anything other than just sitting and doing nothing. The bell rang and Miss. Crowley walked into the room, her eyes were red and puffy like she?d been crying all night. Her normally flowly dirty blonde shoulder length hair was pilled up on top of her head and her attire consisted of a pair of ratty old khakis and a blue faded polo. ?Morning class.? she said as she set her coffee cup from Tim Hortan down on her desk. Notice how she didn?t say Good morning. ?So,? she paused again, ?I know this is upsetting and I really wish I could say that everything is going to be okay, but I can?t because last night Darrel Johnston was killed and nothing I can say or do will change that. Things in this school will likely never be the same.? As soon as she finished talking a burst of tears broke out from behind me, and I didn?t even care enough to look back.
