Open Question: Fable 2 - Can't pass the warehouse mission in the beginning!?
I own fable 2, and I beat the game already. However, having beat it on the good side, I desired to play through the game again on the evil side. I started the game and now I cannot pass the mission in the beginning during your childhood where you have to kill all the beetles or destroy all the boxes. I talk to the guy outside the warehouse and when I accept the mission the camera zooms all the way out so I have an aerial view of the warehouse and a sign pops up saying the disc is unreadable. I've tried cleaning it, but it hasn't worked, and besides, the disc is pristine! I've had it no more than 2 weeks and there are no visible scratches. The first time I played through the game I had no problems whatsoever, so I don't know what could possibly be wrong. Does any1 know what I can do? (more...)

Voting Question: Can u give suggestion about the vietnam war?
situation: The Vietnam War (occurring from 1959 to April 30, 1975) was a military conflict in present day Vietnam between Vietnamese nationalists (Viet Minh, Democratic Republic of Vietnam [or "North Vietnam"] with the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam [also known as the Vi?t C?ng]) against the United States and the South Vietnamese Republic of Vietnam (RVN) government. The U.S. ceded its objectives in Vietnam, South Vietnam's government fell, and the DRV victory under Ho Chi Minh unified Vietnam under a communist state government. From the Vietnamese point of view, the "American War" was like the other Indochina Wars in that it was a war of independence, but one that successfully resulted in a liberation of Vietnam from foreign (Western world) influence. The United States point of view is mixed, and the "Vietnam War" era is regarded as a period of extreme political division, touching on controversial matters of imperialism and human rights. The chief cause of the war was the attempt by the United States to establish a Western-friendly government in South Vietnam, in the wake of the Vietnamese defeat of France in the First Indochina War (1946?54). The Viet Minh had resisted military occupation by the Japanese during WWII, and the U.S. had naturally supported the Viet Minh due to having the common enemy. But after Japan's defeat, the U.S. chose to support France in its attempt to reassert its control of Vietnam (Yalta Conference), financing 80% of France's war costs. France was defeated nine years later, and the Viet Minh agreed to a two-year temporary geographic separation of forces to allow French troops and colonists to leave. (Geneva Conference (1954)). Nationwide elections were scheduled for 1956 after which Vietnam would be unified. The United States instead used this two year window to attempt to establish a Western-sympathetic government in South Vietnam, based on an existing class base of urban elites, and (as did the French) supported a series of puppet governments, beginning with Ngo Dinh Diem. The scheduled elections of 1956 were rejected, because the United Stated feared that Ho Chi Minh would be easily elected. The U.S. deployed large numbers of military personnel to South Vietnam as advisors. (American advisors had assisted French colonial forces as early as 1950). The Diem government was corrupt and unpopular, and the U.S. sanctioned his effective replacement via his assassination. Popular dislike for Diem merged with popular resistance to the U.S. presence, and the U.S. found it increasingly untenable that South Vietnam could stand without further "support." Large numbers of American combat troops began to arrive in 1965. The last American troops left the country on April 30, 1975. To a degree, the Vietnam War was a "proxy war" between the U.S. and its Western allies on the side of the RVN, with the Soviet Union and the People's Republic of China supporting the DRV on the other. As a result of this it is often considered part of the Cold War, and as such the Vietnam War is typically characterized as complex. It is also characterized as a quagmire and most historians agree that the war was largely imperialist in nature, reflecting the U.S.' desire to impose its own paradigm on a foreign culture, fighting the very people it claimed to have been helping. At various stages the conflict involved clashes between small units patrolling the mountains and jungles, guerrilla attacks in the villages and cities, and finally, large-scale conventional battles. U.S. aircraft also conducted substantial aerial bombing campaigns, with controversial targeting of both logistical and civilian targets. Large quantities of chemical defoliants were also sprayed from the air in an effort to reduce the cover available to enemy combatants. The Vietnam War was finally concluded on 30 April 1975, with the fall of the South Vietnamese capital of Saigon to North Vietnamese forces. The war claimed between 2 and 5.7 million Southeast Asian lives, most of whom were noncombatants, as well as large numbers of the peasant resistance. (more...)

Resolved Question: During those aerial bombings that we see on infrared videos, what kind of aircraft do they use?
What intrigues me is that victims on the ground do not seem to notice the presence of an aircraft ready to shoot them. Check this video as an example http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=7f0_1230584566 (more...)

Resolved Question: What is the ant thing made my indians or ancient people...?
Its like an outline of an ant, and its made of rocks I think. You're supposed to be able to see it from an aerial view. Maybe its not an ant, its something like that I guess. What's it called and where is it located? (more...)

Resolved Question: If you could create an airline, what would you name it?
For bonus points (you don't have to answer all questions): * Would you be low-fare? Upscale? What would be your general business structure and/or target audience? * What would be some of your destinations? * What would be the name of your airline's frequent flyer program? (For example, SAS has the "Euro Bonus") * What would be the name of your airline's VIP lounges? (e.g. American Airlines has the "Admiral's Club") * Which aircraft would be in your fleet? (e.g. 777s? A330s? DeHavlliand Dash props?) * What would your livery be like? (i.e. the main color or designs on your planes) Anything else you want to add, go ahead! This is solely for fun! My airline would be called "open orbit." It would focus on long-haul service only (e.g. we blast you off to the world or some cheesy slogan like that) and our fleet would thus consist of widebodies like triple-7s, the new 787, airbus A330s and A340s and perhaps a 747 or 2. The livery on the planes would be spacey. Earth viewed from various angles from space, perhaps, or stars and aerial views to emphasize our focus as an intercontinental airline. I don't think we'd do a class system, but we'd have a "Rocket Lounge" for frequent fliers. haha. And it may be cool to extend our brand to buses, trains, cruises, taxis and boat-lines. A full, all-in-one transportation service! @blaaa blaaa: Nope! It is not a school project. Although I do wish it was. Wouldn't that make for an AWESOME project? This is merely a fun holiday activity designed to get those creative juices flowing! And I'm bored and have time to kill. :-D (more...)

Resolved Question: i have not paid my parking ticket, but it wasn't my car!?
I got a letter saying that i failed to pay and display on a road in maidestone kent.. it was the first time i heard of that area, let alone been there, so i replied with my representations saying that it cant have been me as ive never been there in my life. Then they sent me a letter back with photographic evidence, but in the pictures, its got the same car as mine, with the same registration number, but there are differences like, our tyres are different, we have different wipers, the number plate in the picture is plain white, mine has a GB logo on it. i have a different aerial and also there is an air freshener that hangs on the rear view mirrow in the picture, we have a rosary, how can this be possible? do u think its a fake ticket? can anyone give advise on what to do next? I bought my car in october, the ticket says it was in november, so it couldn't have been a previous owner, or could they have made a mistake on the dates? thanks (more...)

I have a Vista Home Premium Desktop PC(1TB HD) And i have a Digital Set Top Box connected to my Flat Screen TV>http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5321777/Trail/searchtext%3ESET+TOP+BOX.htm,...... With an Aerial(Digital) connected to it.>http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5344204/Trail/searchtext%3ETV+ARIAL.htm I want to connect my TV to my PC and View/Record Digital Channel Shows and save them to my External HD. Can anyone help me out with the basics,...and give any links to Sites that might help me out further? Thanks for all the Info in advance ;) Thank you very much for you're help & Info! ;) I have managed to work it out,& i didn't need to buy anything. Just used what i had already at Home. I phoned the Manufacturer of my PC and they confirmed that i already have a Digital Tuner Preloaded ;),..so all i had to do was use one of my Digital Aerials that i currently have on my TV and plug into my Coaxial port on my CPU. I then went into Media Centre and started to set TV up and scan for channels. It found 71 for my area,..which is great ;). As for my TV,..i still have my Set-Top-Box connected to my TV,..and for me to still continue to use it,..all i did was get another Coaxial Lead and connect to the back of my TV Monitor and hook the other end to my Freeview Box. So now i have both PC and TV with Freeview Channels on them.! ;) And they are independant of each other. I can record TV Shows on my PC and save to HD.! ;) My dilema has been solved,.......finally! ;) (more...)
