The Moody Blues - A Night at Red Rocks with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra
A Night at Red Rocks, taped in Colorado's gorgeous natural amphitheater in 1992, is an ambitious undertaking for these still-stomping rock dinosaurs: the classic Moody Blues lineup playing with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and no safety net. The band rises to the occasion, giving fans a solid if sentimental survey of its long and prosperous career. The performances and the material vary in quality, but the group comes through where it counts. Hits like "The Voice," "The Story in Your Eyes," and "Nights in White Satin" sound great, as does "Question," the Moodys' greatest contribution to rock music.
The Symphony plays well, but the group misses some prime opportunities to use it, adhering to synth parts where an orchestra would have worked nicely (most notably in the rocking "Gemini Dream"). There's no surround mix here, but band leaders Justin Haywood and John Lodge deserve kudos for their able sound mixing. --Michael Mikesell

Open Question: Has anyone graduated from Le Cordon Bleu? I would like to manage a hotel...?
I am looking at getting a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. I have a few questions. How well is the school on getting you a job? On average in the states (Ex. Colorado) how much does a hotel manager with a BA make?

Resolved Question: What schools in the USA offer degrees in Game Art and Design and Game Software Development?
OR Degrees similar to that? Prefer Bachelors or Masters.. I can only find two. Westwood College in LA and Colorado (and other states I don't wanna live in) and The Art Institute. Aren't there any other accredited schools I can go to for Video Game field degrees??
Video Game art.. not normal art. VIDEO GAMES. That school is not what I want.

Voting Question: Want to be a Wedding Planner but don't know what to major/minor in?
Would I major in Hospitality? I really don't know, and it would it be good idea to minor in art, cosmetology, or buisness. I just want to be prepared as I can. Also if you know of a good college for this in Colorado or surrounding states would be a huge help!!
Thank you so much for answering.

Voting Question: Are Technical Colleges more difficult than regular Universities?
I'm going to be going to the Art Institute of Colorado which is considered a technical college, and it consists of 2000 students altogether.
Are technical colleges generally more diffcult than regular state universities? Or is it the same or easier? Or just different in general?

Resolved Question: What could I do as a career with photography in the Denver, Colorado area?
I'm looking into pursuing an art degree with an emphasis in photography but I'm not sure what all I'd be able to do career wise with such a degree. I'm not really all that interested in the usual wedding/senior picture type of photography but I really have no clue what's out there. Does anyone have any knowledge of careers in this field? I don't want to start working on yet another degree without knowing if there's a career out there I'd enjoy pursuing after I get the career. Thank you for your help.

Resolved Question: If my parents got remarried, will this affect my financial aid?
My parents got remarried this past summer and I took to winter semester off from school to go overseas. Well now for January I am starting school at the Art Institute.
In the past I've always recieved very nice refund checks and used those to get by.
I ask because between being a full time student + keeping my grades up, being a religious leader in our community, helping out at home, running erands etc. I really don't have time to get a part time job. I've tried before and my family worried that I was asking too much of myself. So I wanted to use my January refund check again to pay bills until the summer time.
My mother doesn't work. My father's annual salary is about 28,000. We all live together.
I also applied for the full grant that is given to students who need it based on their financial situation. Along with FAFSA, sallie mae stafford loan and college opportunity fund (that gives all students in colorado 2000 that they don't have to pay back.)
I would just like to clarify that I enjoy being a religious leader and staying dedicated to the activities, just like staying dedicated to my studies. My religion is important to me, just as it is to most people, so please don't ask me to give it up. =)

Resolved Question: What's the most livable city in Colorado for a single, career-minded individual in her 30's? ?
I enjoy retro places, hip restaurants, wine bars, the arts, but not really looking to live downtown because I think it's too pricey! Are there any cute towns developing just outside of Denver or anywhere in Colorado that someone would recommend.
