Voting Question: Where would I find a seamstress who could make me a custom wedding gown?
Now honestly, my ideal wedding gown is an all silk, A-line, no train, nothing fancy gown with red ombre from the floor up, strapless/straight across. I don't know where to look for a custom seamstress or how much it would cost.

Open Question: How come when I download custom content for The Sims 2 I can never download furniture or objects?
I can download clothes, hair, wall & floor, etc. but not furniture or useable objects. Like I put it in like the instructions say but it always comes up saying that this custom content may cause problems for your game, enable or disable content blah blah. But if i enable it, it doesn't show up in my game! Can anyone help me?? Thank you!

Resolved Question: The Sims 2 Custom Content Help?
I downloaded a few lots on the sims 2 and when I went to play none of the CC was there. I even made it so the custom content was shown by clicking the "Enable Custom Content." None of the custom wall color, floor tile, or terrain spray were shown. Neither were the custom hair, make-up, or clothing. What should I do??
When I download them, I always click "open" not save. Normally on my PC it works... but now I have a lap top.
I clicked open and save and neither worked the CC only came up on the lot

Resolved Question: Where to Find Cheap Plastic Floor Mats for The Office?!?
I am in need of two fairly large plastic floor mats (for carpet) for our office. Officemax has ones that are like 46x56, but I need something a little bigger, such as 6-7ft x 4-5ft. Willing to pay about $60 each, anyone know where I can get some? Is there a website where you can order some that are custom sizes?

Resolved Question: WHAT is wrong with my Sims 2 game?
Okay well for Christmas I got the Seasons expansion pack. But when I tried to install it the floors were flashing purple. Later found out I didn't have a big enough graphics card so i uninstalled the expansion.
For a while it worked fine and the lots loaded really fast. But somehow all my custom content was deleted. So I download my custom content again.
NOW my lots wont load. Thirty minutes go by and its STILL loading. Finally, I'll get pissed off and exit the game. This is really starting to annoy me, do you know what it could be?

Resolved Question: Why will the custom content not show up in my Sims 2 game?
I recently downloaded 3 stuff packs for the Sims 2. When I started up my game, it asked me if I want the custom content to be visible in the buy catalog. I selected yes. However, when I go into my game, only walls and flooring show up. No objects will show up.
If anyone could tell me how to fix this, I would very much appreciate it. The stuff packs I downloaded were h&m style stuff, glamour life stuff, and ikea home stuff.
