Hi how is it going? I just changed my workout routine after sticking with a split routine for few months. My old workout routine included two arms workouts per week and a total 20 sets of arms. (Biceps and triceps) I have been gaining strength but I?m not gaining any mass. So I decided to do one arm workout per week with 20 sets and give the entire week for my arms to rest. So this is what I have in mind. How does it look? BTY I am bulking. The grouped together exercises are super sets. Big fan of supersets they get you pumped up and keep you motivated to get an extra set. I rest for 1.5 mins between each set. ____________________________________________ EZ - Bar Preacher curls: 5 sets, 15, 10, 8, 7, 6 Triceps Dips: 5 sets (as many as possible) Barbell Curls: 5 sets, 10, 8, 8, 7, 6 EZ - Bar seated over head triceps extensions Hammer Curls: 5 sets, 10, 8, 8, 7, 6 Triceps pushdowns: 5 sets 10, 8, 8, 7, 6 Dumbbell Curls: 5 sets, 8, 8, 6, 6, 5 Laying EZ Bar Triceps extension: 5 sets, 10, 8, 8, 7, 6 __________________________________________________ I guess I should not worry about crashing today is my high carb day so I should be fine with this 2maro. I've been in this town for a little over a year now and there's been 3 women murdered by their Marine husband or boyfriend. One was found burned and buried in her boyfriends back yard. One was found in a shallow grave right across the road from where I lived. One last weekend was beaten about the head with a hammer by her husband. I'm sure this base isn't the only one with that problem. These are violent beatings and murders. I'm sure there's more but these three have made the news here. The first one made national news because the dummy ran to Mexico and recently his wife went down to visit him in jail for a conjugal visit. How messed up is that?! DUIs are another thing. There's been a lot of Marines discharged because they've killed people drinking and driving too. One a few months ago, he was 19, killed a girl riding her bike home. Said he was going to a party to drink. His blood alcohol level was already above the legal limit. (more...)
