Open Question: Migration to France easy way?
I have written earlier the following but no one is coming forward to help me out. The ministry of external affairs in France is not approachable. I can complain to Indian police provided I know the correct answers. The brokers may be correct. Kindly help me. The website suggested refuses to register the complaint.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you can get a french citizenship will you automatically qualifies for unemployment dole whatever be the age?
In India specially in old French territory a rumor is spread by brokers that they can get you French nationality by various means namely:a) impersonating a dead man,b)false relation dependent of a french citizen,c) marrying a divorcee/widower aged above 80 Years d) husband/wife born before 1961.
The local French embassy is non-cooperative when inquiry was made in person. Will any one in France take up the issue on my behalf and write to the Ministry of External Affairs to arrange to place a notice board in front of every French embassy clearing these doubts in the local language. This will save many innocent victims of the brokers and thugs most unfortunately majority of them are NRI's settled at France and demands huge sims reaching out to 7 lakh Indian rupees

Resolved Question: Why do people argue that Israel has a right to the Occupied Territories because "they were there first"?
Surely by that logic the USA should now hand over all control to the native Americans, England should be ruled by the Welsh, and pretty much all of Latin America should be handed back to the native Indians (what's left of them).
Or maybe it's a stupid argument that has no merit.
malcolm equis; the Welsh are the original inhabitants of England, they were driven into what is now Wales by Roman invaders & also Vikings & Saxons a few centuries later
wider scope; you need to study history instead of Fox news or wherever it is you get your info. Palestine was a country prior to Turkish invasion in the 1500s, when they simply redrew the map to erase Palestine, similar to Russia erasing Chechnya under Stalin. It became a territory ruled by Britain after the Ottoman empire disintegrated, and you can forget the bit about Arabs only wanting Palestine after a western based government moved in. The Arabs were there all along, whereas during the Crusades there were less than a thousand Jewish families there. Also, don't forget the Balfour Declaration, where we basically promised all of Palestine to the Zionists if they gave us financial backing in WW1.The reason the deal fell through was that Britain insisted that the existing Arabs and non Jews living there had to be given equal and fair treatment, and the Zionists insisted that the WHOLE of Palestine be given to them and nobody else.

Resolved Question: Other than India, is there any country in the world surrounded by enemies outside and within?
India has problems of terrorism from Pakistan and Bangla Desh. They even use Nepal for their operations. Recently, a congress leader demanded extradition of Prabhakaran from Sri Lanka. China has been laying claims on Arunachal Pradesh. Nepal expelled Indian priests from Pashupatinath temple. Ulfa, Simi, Naxalites are creating problems within the Indian territory. Is there any other country in the world so heavily infested by enemies from outside and within?

Voting Question: is this a good lead story for my american history class?
im in eight grade and my assignment was to write a lead story can you tell me if this is good?
The Indian Removal Act
The Indian removal took place 1814-1858. The United States started to expand into the south. This is where many Native American Nations lived like the Cherokee, Creek, Choctaw, Chicasaw and Seminole nations. The white Americans saw the Native Americans as an obstacle. They wanted to use their land to grow cotton and other types of crops. Andrew Jackson wanted the Indian removal very badly. During 1814 Jackson ordered the U.S military to defeat a group of the Creek Nation. Since they were defeated they lost 22 million acres of land in the area of Georgia and Alabama.
In 1814-1824 Part of the treaty was to change western lands for eastern lands. The Natives agreed to protect themselves against white harassment. At this time it was a voluntary migration. Only a small number of the tribes moved to the new lands. During 1823 the Supreme Court saying that then Indians can live in lands that but could not have the titles to the land. They weren?t treated fairly and they didn?t have many rights. They tried to get protection, because of the whites that wanted land. They continually harassed the Natives. They would steal their livestock burn their towns and squat on their lands. In 1827 the Cherokee adopted a written constitution declaring that they are a sovereign nation. The state of Georgia didn?t accept them and saw them as tenants living on state land. The Cherokee took the case to the Supreme Court but they lost.
The Cherokee went to the Supreme Court again in 1831. This time they based their appeal on an 1830 Georgia law, which prohibited whites from living on Indian Territory after March 31, 1831, without a license from the state. The state legislature had written this law to justify removing white missionaries who were helping the Indians resist removal. The court this time decided in favor of the Cherokee. It stated that the Cherokee had the right to self-government, and declared Georgia's extension of state law over them to be unconstitutional. The state of Georgia refused to abide by the Court decision, however, and President Jackson refused to enforce the law. During 1830 President Jackson decided to create the ?Indian removal act?. It gave him power to make treaties with the tribes east of the Mississippi. The ones who decided to stay would have citizenship in their home state.
During 1833 the Cherokee were tricked into signing an illegitimate treaty. It was the treaty of New Echota. The Cherokees then signed a petition in protest. The Supreme Court ignored them and ratified the treaty in 1863. They gave them two years to leave. At the end of the two years they would be forcibly removed. The U.S government sent troops to force them out. They weren?t allowed to take any of their belongings. The whites stole from there homes. A lot of Cherokees died on the march called the Trail of tears. They died from cold hunger and disease. 46,00 Native Americans were removed from the land. They moved to the west and left behind 25 million acres of land. This was a very hard time for all of the Native Americans. They suffered racism, bad treatment, and unfairness.
no it isn't really supposed to be like a story in abook more like an article something like that the teacher didn't explain well.
