Disney's Greatest 3
Disney's Greatest 3 Cynical types will accuse Disney of milking the "greatest" concept until it's drier than Tinkerbell's fairy dust ("Supercalafragilisticexpealidocious," "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Da," and "Heigh Ho" were hits off of Vol. 1; "Bare Necessities," "It's a Small World," and "Some Day My Prince Will Come" stole the show on Vol. 2), but a glimpse of this installment's track listing is all it'll take to squash their suspicions. Once again running reverse-chronologically, Vol. 3 opens with Jonatha Brooke's gorgeously achy ballad "I'll Try," from 2002's arguably not-so-great Return to Neverland, and gradually reaches back through the years to re-raise the curtain on Toy Story 2 ("When She Loved Me," performed by Sarah McLachlan), The Lion King ("Can You Feel the Love Tonight"), Mary Poppins (Julie Andrews's classic "A Spoonful of Sugar"), Pinocchio ("Give a Little Whistle"), and a bundle of treasured others, bottoming out at 1933's "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf" from The Three Little Pigs. Vol. 3 is not without its weak moments--would a G-rated movie-goers' poll produce Beauty and the Beast's "Gaston" or The Hunchback of Notre Dame's "Topsy Turvy" on a hits list? Seems unlikely. Still, the bulk of these tracks are, as the included Little Mermaid song goes, "Part of Your World," and the spread of decades they represent proves their staying power. Don't expect Disney to latch the lid on its inexhaustible archives until a dozen or so of these records, each as strong as the next, beckon you back for more. --Tammy La Gorce

Open Question: Please help.. LTR Issues..?
I've been going out with this girl for 3 and half years. she is great but very possessive and likes things to be done only her way or she will flip out. that's the only problem i see with her, other than that she is great... but to make long story short. SHE WANTS ME TO MARRY HER, we've been getting little arguments every now and then in the past few weeks. i told her that i am not ready to engage or what so ever. because i have lot of things in my mind and so much to do... bottom line is that i am not ready i feel like she is scaring me away from her. i am the man and i am the one that suppose to ask her to marry me. but i feel like she is asking me, and it;s very scary feeling.... what should i do? please help (more...)

Open Question: A reason why you should never feel so down about your little skin problems (READ)?
few years ago I had acne but nothing serious...I ended up with 2 minor scars which will fade and are very un-noticable although that isn't the story here. For a while it affected my self esteem but I used accutane and I got away pretty much scar free although I kept wallowing within myself over this then I come to university... and there's this lad and i swear down his acne is terrible...it worries me at times though with his behaviour..no-one really talks to him n he doesnt talk much...he comes in and goes home quickly cuz of it..his mouth is dry as hell constantly and the acne he's got are gonna leave some very severe scars soon... makes ya think how lucky we really are doesnt it? here I was obsessing over minor skin problems ( AS WE ALL DO) starting my life alone at 18 and here's a guy who's life looks like it's been ripped away by disfiguring acne. I try to talk to him..told him about myexperiences with the drug hes on (which he used) but he neva comes out of his dorms..he cant drink cuz he flares up and stuff very bad YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH LITTLE WORRIES (more...)

Open Question: Does he likes me or not?
Ok here's a story. I really like this guy at school. But the problem is that he doesnt really know me (well he knows my name and stuff, we just never really talked). We had the same class last year but we havent really talked much to each other. And this year we dont have same classes:(. We just see each other in the hallways. Im shy and it is really hard for me to say a simple "hi" so i just smile a little when i see him. And i think that he knows that i like him but he doesnt give me any hints. Few days ago when i looked at him, he looked back at me and then quickly looked away. UGH i dont know if it means anything!! He does looks at me for 2-3 seconds when we see each otehr but he doesnt say anything. I know i have to do something fast, before somebody else will. GUYS HELP ME!!! what do i do? Do u think he likes me??? (more...)

Open Question: feelings for a relative?
to make a long story short I met a girl while i was visiting arizona and she came and visited me a month later and stayed with me for several days. Shes never flown in her life, so i thought wow she must really be into me. we liked each other and got along well. After she left she wanted me to move to Arizona and live with her but i felt it was too soon because I didn't really know her that well and I had job and a house here in Florida. We talked every single day since we met for 5 months straight. it felt like a relationship because she would call me when she woke up, went to bed and in between. I told myself not to get to involved because of the distance and I just knew long distance never really worked out. So i recently got laid off and told her that I was looking for work in Arizona(we still talked everyday at this point) and what she thinks of that and she tells me its not a good time to go there because she has feelings for someone( i had to get this out of her she didnt want to tell me). That someone turns out to be her aunts brother! according to her they are not blood related. She said her aunt is married into the family so its not "really" her uncle. She admitted that she hooked up with him in the past but not while we were talking. She told me this information and I got turned off because i think it's weird and not right whether he's blood related or not because its still considered a relative to me. I didn't say much after that I just let it go. But she still continued to call me daily. I told her we shouldn't talk everyday anymore because she would have sleepovers with this guy on the weekends but she would still call me and ask me what i'm doing, etc basically acting like its a relationship. I said to her things are different now. You went from wanting me to move in with you to having feelings for your aunts brother. she didn't like the fact that i didn't want to talk everyday but she would go a day or two without calling then she would call and text me and i wouldnt answer... The other night I picked up and we talked for a little bit. She then texted me as soon as we got off saying she liked our talk and that she is thinking about me, etc... and she called me a couple times yesterday and i didnt pick up.. she is 28 and im 25.....she is gorgeous and sweet and u wouldnt think she would be like this if u saw her but this is the truth! am i wrong to think that liking her aunts brother is wrong? everyone i talked to said it was messed up and to not talk to her ever again... I just feel bad because she is a nice person i just don't know what to do from here, do i pick up, ignore her, there are a million things going through my mind. I feel like her emotions are all over the place and thats scary.. and i thought it was a red flag that she stayed in my house for a few days without really knowing me more than a month. I could use some peoples truthful opinions! (more...)

Open Question: Is this cheesy??? (harry potter luv story)?
Let me know what you think of this video I made on youtube. It involves a little bit of a love story. (not much at all) It's also a great vid for all those Harry Potter fans too. Just watch it please. http://www.youtube.com/user/tigereighties http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7mZ64YJJQc P.S. Technically, the whole reason I made the video in the first place was to prove my friends that I was actually in love with this one guy at my school. That's a real retarded reason. But still, thanks for all your comments. (more...)

Open Question: Is It Normal For A High School Gym Teacher To Say THis?
"thanks you little fcking rude bastard" so the bell rang and gym class was over, the substitute was collecting balls to put away, but a little freshman guy was still having fun kicking the ball around as the teacher yells to give him the ball. the boy does so and when he picked up the ball and gave it to the teacher he says "thanks you little fcking rude bastard" this person is really a substitute, hes been substituting there for two months now beacuse the school cant find a person to be hired as a gym teacher. teachers have their moments where they get heated and without knowledge or control loses it. but judging by the tone and way he said it, it sounded like that wasnt the first time and has said those words commonly before. im not saying that its okay for him to say this, but is it normal for someone as a teacher to say this? i know if its middle school or elementry that would be a different story, but high school is full of hard headed young adults, can you blame the substitute? Open Question: Should I tell a girl that I am in love with her, even though she is in a happy relationship with someonewlse?
Here is a little back story. I met her 2 yrs ago. I started to really like her. I asked her out and she turned me down. We still remained friends. The next year these feelings came back, and is still continuing to this day. We still hang out, but I am the one who usually initiates the plans. She is all I think about, and when I am with her, I dont want it to end. When I talk to other girls, I compare them to her, and they dont seem as good. Should I tell her how I feel, or what should I do, because I dont want to lose her as a friend. Or should I risk our friendship and let her know how I feel? I am so confused, please help me (more...)
